so far the experience is amazing and I loved how quick the customer support came and helped me with my issue. Wish there were more customizable options to change how the pop up works and where it can be positioned on the website but this app is wonderful

Technophobe here and thought I'd done really well at sending my first newsletter, but of course I messed up. Tessa at customer services was very helpful. I did find the app to be very slow at catching up with my typing.

They say they have "seamless integration" but after installing the app, CS say they don't have this feture or even importing subscribers. what a lie

While we don't have a standalone "Import" button inside the app dashboard, we actually do support subscriber lists through Shopify Customer Segments. This allows you to use all your existing Shopify data seamlessly in our campaigns without double-handling files.
