*I installed the app in September 2024 and all has been working fine until 3-4 weeks ago when the pop up randomly changed the language and sent my new customers a registration in Welsh. This caused havoc with negative feedback so we switched off and contacted the provider. They have still not resolved it despite saying repeatedly they are working on it. I have not had a new subscriber for almost a month now. Giving up and going to another app. ***Update - Following this review my issue was dealt with very promptly and has been up and running again for a couple of weeks with no issues. However yesterday I asked a question about the possibility of customising the popup and was told to ask Shopify. I'm pretty sure I'll get the same response from Shopify as surely app modifications are the remit of the app provider. I'm guessing the answer to my question was no.

It sounds like there was a misunderstanding in our support channel. To clarify: App modifications and popup designs are absolutely our responsibility, not Shopify’s. However, because our app is deeply integrated with your Shopify theme, some "deep" layout changes might be limited by the theme's code—which is likely why our team mentioned Shopify. I want to make this right personally: Could you please send the specific customization details you're looking for to my email [email protected]? Our technical team will review your request immediately. If it's a feature within our app's capability (or something we can tweak via custom CSS for you), we will do it for you immediately. If it is a limitation of the Shopify theme itself, I will personally explain why and try to find a workaround for you. love the customizations. this app would have been perfect for me had the feature of multiple popups been available.

J'ai pu discuter avec RIA qui est incroyable ! Un super soutien, une rapidité et une gentillesse hors pair ! 15/10 !!!!! Néanmoins.... Je tien à préciser que ma NOTE (3/5) reflète l'application et ces fonctionnalité. Elle est super bien conçu, clair et les visuel sont très bien. MAIS !! ... Il manque beaucoup de fonctionnalités.. comme par exemple le fait de pas pouvoir déplacer manuellement ou on le souhaite la fenetre rétractable de pop up.. elle est bien entendu sur le coter droit ou gauche, mais la hauteur n'est pas ajustable.. Il faut contacter le support client a chaque fois pour le modifié, donc pour effectuer les test, attendez vous a y passer 1 semaine, et si vous changer les emplacement réguliérement comme moi selon vos visuel de mise en page qui change régulièrement, attendez vous a attendre.. et être dépendant de leurs temps. alors que leorque l'on test des choses, on souhaite que ce sois fait instantanément, pas dans 2jours.. surtout si cela ne nous convient pas, il faut attendre encore et encore...... (RED FLAG) Tout comme la barre sticky qui m'entionne au client de ne pas oublier d'utiliser son code de réduction, elle n'est pas ajustable.. ni réglable pour apparaitre seulement sur les pages produits, la taille non plus (il faut demander au support = temps d'attente et donc dépendant d'eux) ce qui je vous le dit en toute sincérité, est vraiment mais vraiment AGACANT ! Enfin voila, tout ces aspects laisse a désiré.. Mais je tien a souligner que l'application et véritablement bien faite, clair et vraiment facile a prendre en main ! Mais il manque trop de choses.....

FYI do not use if you are in the UK as there is no double opt in functionality so it doesn't comply with GDPR. Otherwise it would have been great.

Just installed. Easily set up with a lot of modification features. It did not work with our theme. Had to uninstall

Was surprised that they dont even have the very basic email form option to add Optional Questions. Like I've always added to my email forms for the past 15 years, the extra question, "Your Interests". And no one at this company thought of that?? I guess being free, I shouldn't complain. But it makes the App usless for my needs, free or not.

super easy to setup. exactly what i was looking for EDIT: so their app allows spammers to use it for some reason, but it will only show me those fake customers in the shopifyu customer segment, but if you use the app to see the new customers it doesnt show them, almost like they are fudgin the numbers for some reason. uninstalled as its messing up our real customer list, 5 thousand fakes i need to delete now

Hello there, We have uninstalled the app as there was some problem with the Email popup, but it still showing up on our website. Can you please let us know how we can delete the pop up? Is there something we need to do with Code? It is very frustrating for mobile users as the screen is being obstructed by the pop up. Looking forward to your response. App is easy to set up. The problem is the photo feature on the pop-up is quite limited. It only works well in background, if you add photo to different location such as centre, left or right, either it didn't show up on Mobile View or it will be stretch on Desktop View. On top of that, this app requires your customers to subscribe/leave their email, they can't move on without adding their email. Overall, good free app.
