Otimo app, interface amigavel e tranquila
Everything is perfectly clear and understandable.
*I installed the app in September 2024 and all has been working fine until 3-4 weeks ago when the pop up randomly changed the language and sent my new customers a registration in Welsh. This caused havoc with negative feedback so we switched off and contacted the provider. They have still not resolved it despite saying repeatedly they are working on it. I have not had a new subscriber for almost a month now. Giving up and going to another app. ***Update - Following this review my issue was dealt with very promptly and has been up and running again for a couple of weeks with no issues. However yesterday I asked a question about the possibility of customising the popup and was told to ask Shopify. I'm pretty sure I'll get the same response from Shopify as surely app modifications are the remit of the app provider. I'm guessing the answer to my question was no.

I’m thrilled to hear the app has been running smoothly for you these past few weeks. I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your customization question yesterday. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding in our support channel. To clarify: App modifications and popup designs are absolutely our responsibility, not Shopify’s. However, because our app is deeply integrated with your Shopify theme, some "deep" layout changes might be limited by the theme's code—which is likely why our team mentioned Shopify. I want to make this right personally: Could you please send the specific customization details you're looking for to my email [email protected]? Our technical team will review your request immediately. If it's a feature within our app's capability (or something we can tweak via custom CSS for you), we will do it for you immediately. If it is a limitation of the Shopify theme itself, I will personally explain why and try to find a workaround for you. Customer service with SendWILL was really good. They answered any and all questions I had. Ria was especially nice and helpful. Her responses were quick and in-depth, making sure I understood everything.
