The response time from Ria was about 12 seconds which is remarkable. She was able to help out and remove the highlighted EcomSend tag within seconds. The pop-screen is extremely customizable and looks so good on the page. Highly recommend!!

Does exactly what I need it to! My only improvement would be the ability to add custom form fields. Amazing and easy customer support right from the start!
