I just uploaded the app to my store and I had to create a Popup announcement for my discount I offer in October. Mig, the advisor, was helping me step by step implementing this feature to my store, she was amazing, kind and knowledgeable, thank you very much. Corina

Cercavo un'app che è adatta al mio negozio. Un'app specifica per la piattaforma di Shopify e ho deciso di provare EcomSend. E' facilissima da impostare, per ora ho deciso di utilizzare il pop-up per iscrizione alla newsletters, ho visto che ci sono anche altri modelli. Avevo però delle domande e incertezze. Ho contattato subito l'assistenza in chat, e senza farmi attendere mi ha risposto Mig. E' stata molto gentile, mi ha spiegato tutto, mi ha aiutato ad impostare secondo le mie esigenze l'app. Davvero molto preparata, disponibile e gentile. Consiglio

Just started using this app and right off the bat the support is right there when you need it. The app is easy to install and customize. So far highly recommend this app.

They helped me immediately on chat with an actual human which was rad! I just got it today but so far it has been ridiculously easy to install and use. And it's such a simple, clean pop up, way better than what I usually see on websites.
