Honestly I've never had better customer service form any company, ever. Great product and with their team at hand rest assured you're going to get what you want to collect info on your website!!

Just added the app, so far very responsive chat support to remove their "powered by" phrase, which I suppose is a welcoming intro to them and am writing this review at their request. I tried a few pop-up apps before this, and by far this has been the easiest to use and it seems to work flawlessly with Shopify. I use Shopify email so that integration was very important to me. So far so good!

Loved the prompt customer service! It took them like 2 minutes to remove the branding from the pop up. I can't wait to use it for my customer emails.
