Works well. When we had a little issue it did not take longer then 12 hours to be fixed. Live chat support brilliant. Technical support brilliant. Really deserves 5 stars.

操作がわかりやすい、分からないときにサポートセンターの方の返事が速いので助かります。まだ使い始めて間もないので詳しいことまでは分からないですが、逆を言うとなんとなくしかわからなくてもとりあえずポップアップが作れるので助かってます。

It was getting late and I had been spending way to much time researching a good email popup app. I stumbled across EcomSend and I can't be happier. It was so simple to install. I reached out for some help because I couldn't see the popup on my website and a couple of screen shots later from Mig, it was sorted. Can't believe that I finally have a working popup, can't wait to see what a difference this will make to my store. Thank you once again Mig, your help this evening was outstanding.
