i just installed the app, I will update if I have any issues. So far so good, Mig, one of their customer reps, helped me understand a little more about their privacy settings and how to use the app. I was pleased to know that they do not collect or sell my customer information for a free app. i will deff be looking into some other apps they offer.

I had previously installed a different popup app which gave me no end of trouble. EcomSend is perfect. Very simple to use - even for someone like me with limited experience - and great support on hand on the chat. HIghly recommend. Thank you.

Mig is so helpful-answered all my questions and helped me install the app. It was actually easy to install and configure the app and with the live chat app it was even easier. It appears to be exactly what we need to increase the conversion. Thank you for a great app and just as great customer service. Michael-GeneBio
