Chat function for any assistance is great. I was helped super quickly and well. I have yet to discover the rest of the app (therefore 4 stars), but if the reviews are to be believed, that will be totally fine.

Just requested some additional features which I believe are very important and not part of the app as yet - adding a timer for the pop-up, and option to close the sticky bar based on a set period where a code may expire so customers don't see that when a code is then no longer active.
