I just started using this app and very simple interface and great customer services 10/10

So far so good. Easy to design the popup, and easy to customize the content and discount type.

not exactly the most user friendly with some confusing features. though so far it serves the purpose for me for now

Chat support was great - quick & helpful to get the app installed. Still unsure about how seamless the integration will be with Mailchimp.
The pop-ups work well and are really easy to set up. I had trouble getting a custom email automation to trigger when new customers subscribed in the opt-in pop-up, but I spoke with Mig in customer support. She helped me sort it out, and the automated emails are now working great.

It's good considering that it's a free app. There are, of course, features that are still being built that are available in paid $300/month apps like an app marketplace. But that's expected.

MIg's customer service to remove EcomSend from the pop up was excellent. However, I am yet to utilize the pop-up so I am not sure if all will go well with that.
