Tessa was super helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly! Very happy with this app, it has a lot more flexibility and customization compared to Shopify's Forms.

The functions are not overly complicated and, in general, they are satisfactory. Ria was very enthusiastic in answering my questions.

So far so good. Pop ups can be used for any type of message you need to alert your customers to. You just need to customize it and they're there to help along the way. Customer service is available 24/7 if needed and they're easy to work with!
