Worst approach to customers I've ever experienced. I spent months integrating EcoReturns into our carrier; they always promised everything, but it never happened. Additionally, their support is not responding to messages in their own chat!

we faced issue with changing the settings for receiving return products form customers through surface mail instead of airmail for which we were incurring huge charges. it took a while but was sorted in the end. especially Mr.Amit was very helpful in getting this issue sorted as soon as it came to his attention.

Worst app ever. There are multiple apps to manage returns and exchanges which are far better. Eco returns will promise you things, and then charge you without telling you and then even stop replying. All their reviews also seem fake. DO not trust them. Try different apps but do not do not use this app unless you want to be charged in millions.
