EcoReturns: AI powered Returns

I wonder how a customer can give a positive review to Eco-Returns. We have bought the license over 9 months ago. And we are still not live. Not only, took it long time, to get the pricing sorted out (we have 3 websites), but after we did our user testing, we found in 2 days over 10 bugs. And some of them were serious business concerns. Somehow I managed to bypass the system and create a replacement order without paying any extra money. I have raised for each issue a ticket. I send personal messages to the CEO Punith. Appart that my concerns will be considered and i should have patient, not much happened over one months. I see many positive reviews from India. I wonder how many of the them are fake reviews.

we are using eco returns from past 6 month and our return & exchange process is getting so much easier than earlier. Also, the customer support team is so much friendly and helpful. we use automation system for complete return& exchange management, and we'll love to work with them.

We had a very complex case (being a marketplace) and the team were very happy to help with all the problems we had. They were responsive and helpful and nothing was too big a problem. The software is good but the helpful team really make it stand out. A big shout out to Saurav who has been great and very patient throughout.

We had been looking for a seamless system to manage returns and exchange requests and came across EcoReturns which fulfilled our requirements extremely efficiently. The onboarding, support, post sale services and problem resolution is prompt and extremely efficient. Ecoreturns is an amazing AI-based returns/exchange app that we have come across. The team is also very helpful and has helped us with all the queries quickly.

We have just recently started using EcoReturns, but are so far very happy with our experience. The platform is super intuitive and easy to set up with Shopify and various transport partners. We have now activated 2 of our 4 Shopify stores and have been very satisfied with the support and onboarding from Saurav and his team.

We did a proper RPF process where we benchmarked different return systems. EcoReturn did win the process. We spent a lot of time to test the system and to my surprise we discovered many bugs we raised to the team. It look quite some time to get it fixed. I was surprised that other customers had not raised these issues previously. After we paid the suscription, we had some other issues and did not immediately set-up the system. A few weeks later when we wanted to set-up the system, the licence was not active any more. I was even more surprised, that i had to show proof that i paid the license. Now, it already over one months that Saurav and other team members have not activated the suscription. I send them daily reminders. But nothing is happening. Also, they promised to integration with ODOO and set up a new logistic partner. I guess these are empty promises.

very satisfied with the service . mr. air has been really helpful and has been solving every query timely. haven't received such good service from anyone till now. much recommended for all brands. !! cheers he helped me with automation for all returns and refunds and its actually very helpful for and easy to use for customers as well as us. we were struggling from really long but they have given a perfect solution.

The App is easy to use and have good automation features with all the intregation supported. AI growth tools helps in reducing the returns.

As a user I found super helpful and easy to use. And the team was very very helpful, they guided pretty well. They are always reachable on mails and calls. The plan also turns out to be pretty economical rather than investing in a resource to handle returns. Customer also find it easy to use from our SHOPIFY STORE. One other advantage is customers can create exchange request as well and select new products, and it is quite a smooth process. My only suggestion would be to add more courier partners in their platform who can manage reverse pick ups.

Ecoreturns are really good. The app has a "LOT" of features that the e-commerce business would need for accepting returns/exchanges. I highly recommend the app. I use it in my store and I am really happy with it. It also makes it easier for customers and also allows customers to stay updated on their returns/exchanges. the email/text feature makes it stand out from a lot of other apps!
