Cleverific Order Editing

Just started using the new Payment Requests feature and it greatly simplifies the process for upgrading orders that require additional money to be collected from the customer. Nice work Cleverific! ***************************** This app is essential for providing customer service. We use it to process phone orders and exchanges. We also use it to make changes to orders for shipping changes or for when customers want to pick up locally. Great app! Well worth the $$.

It's great! This app makes my life easy. I couldn't run my business without it. Every type of business has it's own special needs, and Edit Order addresses that. Drew in support has been a great help anytime I've had questions.

Edit Order is an amazing app. Blackpants Workwear sells hairdressing and beauty uniforms and without Edit Order we would not have been able to choose Shopify as an e-commerce platform. It makes it possible to process phone orders for existing customers and exchange products for sizes or styles easily. Support is great and they are always up for suggestions on new features.

Thoroughly recommend. This app is an essential for us to run our business and it now works for us. There are still a lot of improvements we would like but the good news is that communications with the new owners don't go into a black hole. They are very responsive and inspire confidence that they are listening and really care about their customers. A refreshing change!

UPDATE: A few days after I wrote the below review, Mike from Edit Order (new management) contacted me and sorted everything out. He quickly responded to all my emails and questions and even added some new functionality which helps us speed up the manual order process. Very happy with how this app works now. --------------------- We're not even able to access this app anymore, even when we approve the charge of $19/month. No reply from the support desk. This was once a great app at a very reasonable price and it's a shame that all the hard work Ryan (previous owner) put in has gone to waste. We will be looking elsewhere to create custom orders.

Very, very handy app. For features that should actually be built in but nonetheless they aren't. Excellent tech support (on the weekend) which is good for a entrepreneur running more than one business. Used minimum of my time and did most of the heavy lifting in the background then got back to me by email. Therefore I could review at MY convenience, unlike many support services (Microsoft?!) - thanks Mike

The Edit Order app is essential to our store. We would be in big trouble without it. The recent improvements in this app make it even better. We have about 2000 products in our store and the new version of the app loads very quickly. The features keep getting better and better. And the last time I needed support, the response was fantastic. Keep up the good work, devs! I highly recommend this app.

This is app is critical to our business. I use it several times per week. We are constantly receiving emails from customers that they need to change a size, or color, or style, or combine shipping, etc. etc. Without this app, I would have to cancel their order and rely on the customer to place a new order. A percentage of these situations would always result in a lost sale, but not anymore. We also offer an option for a customer to send us their measurements & then we will determine their correct size. In this instance the customer checks out with a generic SKU (Style/Color/MeasureForSize). This app allows me to enter the size that we determine for the customer and select the correct SKU in order to keep our inventory in balance. The app also helps me keep track of returns/exchanges. I'm surprised that Shopify doesn't have this built into their product for everyone to use. It seems like a no-brainer home run. I wish that it worked with my Shopify POS + I wish their was an option to send the customer a bill to capture additional funds when an 'edit order' results in an additional charge. (ex: a customer decides to change their order for a less expensive style to a more expensive style). As far as I know the app only allows you to issue refunds, and not request additional funds. *Update after more than 2 years of using this plugin, I still rely on it multiple times per week. -Edit Order now offers the functionality to request additional funds from a customer. This is an terrific enhancement. Thank you! -I would still like to see the Edit Order functionality built into the POS software.

Edit Order has been really stellar for our company. We have been using it differently - as a platform for our exchanges. Kinda complicates things haha. However, the guys over at Edit Order have been really amazing, helping us out and doing little fixes so that we can make it work. The level of support is stellar! Definitely would recommend!

This app will save us hours of work every month on our BtoB store. We can now add some products customers request after placing their order or modify shipping cost. Every changes show up in our invoice template (made with Order Printer), so we don't need anymore to create an invoice manually.

I am loving this! For me, I love that it will keep the order clean. If you add-on to an order, you no longer have to "remember" to add it later or make notes. This replaces the previous order with the new one. You collect money owed from the payment processing system you use, PP, invoice, ect. Love love love.

FINALLY!!!!!! I've been waiting for this app. It's exactly what I've always wanted. If you find yourself needing to edit orders, than get this app! It's nice and simple to use.
