We've utilized Edit Order nearly every day for the past two years. We utilize preorders and customers often want to make changes to their order before the product arrives. Without Edit Order, we'd have to cancel and rekey these orders. Also, whenever we have a question, the Edit Order support team responds quickly with the information we need to take care of our customers.

I really think this will be exactly what we need as soon as payment requests roll out to all stores. It's so nice to be able to edit the orders instead of leaving notes that sometimes get missed!

Edit Order has been an invaluable feature of our online store! We wouldn't be able to use Shopify without it. Highly recommend

Edit Order has been extremely helpful in our Shopify store. We are constantly needing to modify customer orders and this is the best way to do it. We are also excited about the coming functionality of the app sending an invoice when the order is changed and an amount is due. Thanks Cleverific!!

We couldn't operate our business without Edit Order. An absolute necessity for us to create wholesale orders with customized order numbers, part numbers, item descriptions, pricing, etc. Customer support is super helpful and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and they follow up to make sure the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction; they are very easy to work with.

I can tell you why edit order is the best app out there to edit orders. There is always going to be an issue with a customer that will make you want to edit your order and that's where "edit order" comes into play. They also just released a beta version of having the customer pay the difference of whatever you have to charge the customer after editing an order, which in my opinion is exactly what they needed to make this app the perfect app!

App is really helpful, and they are consistently releasing new improvements. I think it's the only app that allows for custom fields within a SKU. Highly recommend!

Great support team, they respond within minutes sometimes :) We mainly use this to add free samples products to our subscription user's recurring orders, and have not had any issues. We tried a few other apps before finding Edit Order, but they were a bit clunky and the process of editing orders took longer, putting additional strain on our ops. Excited to see some automation flow features added to the capabilities of this app in future release!

Like almost any app, it did not come without its bugs and minor problems. There were times when the search function did not return products and we had to use a workaround to finish a task. But then, there was something that is invaluable when it comes to dealing with software. That is great support from the developers! Andrew, Drew, Tu, and the rest of the team have always been there when we needed them and addressing any problems usually took a day, or two at the most! Sometimes the guys were there even when we did not need them, just checking. Totally recommended app overall, especially if you have to edit hundreds of orders a day! Great app for creating custom orders and editing existing ones. Also great support. Acknowledged and resolved a small issue quickly when we brought it up with them.

Love this app. Love the folks behind it. We use it to edit orders and are starting to use their latest feature, the ability to create orders. We have lots of phone orders and the Shopify experience does not let us add any properties, which is vital to our business. Edit Order has given us a UI that works. In addition, we had a question and they got back to us right away and were really open to hearing our use cases to make their product better.
