Cleverific Order Edit & Upsell

Even though they were unable to resolve my issue due to a compatibility issue beyond Order Edit's control I found Laura very helpful and easy to work with. Keep up the good work!

This has allowed us resolve a number of order tracking and outgoing inventory issues. The only frustration is that Shopify doesn't allow for the original order to have shipping changed without recreating the order. Customer Service did a great job of explaining the workaround but I hope shopify allows for better integration for B2B sites.

Cleverific Order Editor is easy to use with its user-friendly navigations and features. Their customer service is superior, with their quick replies and prompt solutions.

Cleverific team is so good at handling customers. They've been very helpful to us on every question that we have. It is nice to have this app for editing orders. Kudos to Laura and her team for doing a great job and having a wonderful app!

Functions are exactly what we need, but what's impressive is their customer service - they actually follow up with your enquiries! I mean, real follow ups, like they follow through till you respond further and the issue dealt with.

Saves time. Time = money. Good deal. I mainly use edit order to pull abandoned carts and create usable orders out them in a few clicks. Previously we would have to manually type up abandoned carts into a separate order. Edit order has saved us a ton of time by this feature alone.

Have tried Edit Order out, and we are eagerly awaiting the rollout of Customer Portal. Hope to be kept in the loop.

I don't know what we would do without this app. It solved so many problems relating to editing orders and it couldn't be easier or more comprehensive. I highly recommend it.

Cleverific has become the bedrock of our business operations since we migrated to Shopify. Dealing with Laura, Andrew and the team has been the biggest joy. Nothing is too much trouble and work gets done quickly, accurately and most importantly with a CAN DO attitude. I honestly don't think we would be on Shopify if not for Cleverific due to the complexity of our business processing and how easy things have been made thanks to Edit Order by Cleverific. This app has the best user experience of any edit order app I have used thus far. I use this app to edit orders due to OOS items or back order issues. Edit Order by Cleverific's 'advanced mode" makes it easy to adjust pricing, discounts, and even adjust which kind of notifications customers get. If you have edit order needs that native edit from shopify cannot manipulate GET THIS APP!

Edit Order is absolutely fundamental to our workflow. It just works, cant recall a single issue. Obviosuly Shopify should handle this natively, but that applies to about a 1000 other things, once you accept it doesnt - just install Edit Order and get on with running your store

It sounds so easy and it is easy to make changes...until you find out it creates a new order in place of the old one which created more problems for me to fix. With the way my system is set up this won't work for me and I really wish it would have. Beware that the duplicate order will show up in your Shopify reports which will inflate sales.

This app works great with specific processes we have for our store when processing our exchanges. We had some default app settings that didn't work with our intentions, reached out to their customer service and was assisted in a quick responsive matter. They were able to custom modify some of our settings through their backend that was exactly what we needed. Very satisfied with using this app, I would recommend giving it a try.

The app worked really well for our flows. Had an issue once and customer support was really quick in responding. Laura who assisted us was very accommodating.

Their pricing plan is scam. There is no monthly plan. When you want to sign up for a plan, they only offer an annual plan, at 10% discount of the monthly plan. Unethical way of doing business.

This is a really great app - easy to use. Love the recent improvements with having favourite items and the ease of being able to adjust pricing and edit description of items. The edit team are super prompt in their response time. Definitely recommend.

Awesome app that makes our life so much easier. As a coffee roaster we have both Retail and Wholesale and several times are adjusting orders for our wholesale customers and provide special pricing for specific customers. This app has made all of this possible. And the team of Edit order is awesome, as we had a suggestion for app improvement and they immediately got onto it and within days added a new feature that saved us hours of work that we had to do before. I highly recommend this app to anyone who has the need to ever edit an order or takes in orders over the phone and has to enter them. It is the best order editing app we could find.
