Cleverific Order Editing

This app solves so many shortcomings of Shopify and the support is beyond great! They are constantly taking feedback and making improvements. My one big downside for this app is that it really negatively impacts our reporting. Between the cancelled orders showing up (easy to filter out) and the adjustment orders duplicating sales (really hard to filter out), it's pretty hard to see accurate sales numbers. But even that is still worth all the functionality we've gained with being able to help customers change their orders or place more complicated custom orders.

Edit Order is a must have app for Shopify. The inability to make changes to orders in shopify has long been a pet peeve of mine. Finally the frustration is gone. Also one of the best most responsive support teams I've ever encountered. Josh consistently provides answers and assistance quickly and with an impressive "can do" positive attitude. Edit Order is worth every penny.

highly recommend this app!! Has all the functionalities you need and should be standard in Shopify as others mention. Only thing missing is the ability to accept partial payments and then we can give 5 stars :-) Support is worth 5 stars allready

Absolutely fantastic App - Shopify should pay these guys 100 million dollars and make this default functionality - it's absolutely required, and absolutely does the job! The support is responsive and friendly, and no job is too small! Could not recommend more highly!

Changing orders all the time from here. It saves me a lot of manual work. It syncs to my CRM just fine and it's really easy to use.

UPDATE: We've updated our rating from 4 to 5 stars as the main reason for our previous rating is due to the app not working on draft orders. The team was thankful that we detected a bug and it's now been resolved and functions as expected. The contact person was diligent with following up to ensure we are 100% satisfied with the app. It does everything pretty easily, no big complaints. One reason we cannot provide a 5-star rating is because when attempting to edit pricing on a draft order (while it appears it's possible), after clicking "Save", it doesn't actually save the edits. Understandable as drafts technically aren't orders, but the app shouldn't be an available option under "More actions" if it's not going to function. The other reason we cannot provide a 5-star rating is that there's always room for improvement.

This is a great app that does exactly what the name says. It's quite simple to use and their support staff is easy to deal with if something goes wrong. Some functionality such as issuing refunds isn't in a perfect state, but the team seems to be constantly updating and improving. Overall this app is the way to go if you need to edit your online orders.

Some of my orders contain over 40+ SkUs. Shopify's native order builder just isn't cut out to handle orders of this size. It was constantly freezing, crashing, or taking 30+ minutes to create an order. The Edit Order App has allowed my sales team to create orders on the backend of Shopify hassle free! Their support is absolutely fantastic. They replied to my initial inquiry almost immediately and with a simple solution to my problem. Josh Stratton was incredible helpful.

I was skeptical at first. I used to manually cancel/replace orders for customers, but since installing this app, I've been saving so much time and I'm now actively offering to edit an order, if that's a better option for a customer. Support is also great, although I rarely need it. Thanks Cleverific!

This app is essential for any Shopify store. The fact that you cannot edit an Order in Shopify alone, means that you would have to refund your customer (and we all know how long refunds can take to go through) and re-charge them, all to change, maybe, the color of an item they're purchasing. This app provides the solution, and does it in an extremely intelligent way. Everything makes sense with the app, and it is so easy to use that most of our users haven't needed any training. I really can't say enough about this app, and support is extremely quick with their responses, and thorough! I only have to ask my question once and I get a detailed response that makes sense. Get this app!!!!

This app is fantastic! I was initially shocked to learn that there was no way to edit orders in Shopify. Finding this app was amazing, as it more than made up for this missing feature! The edit options can be a little daunting at first, but this is only because the app can do so much. I sell customized products, and the customization details are sent through to an order management system that handle multi-channel orders. With this app, I can add line item customizations when editing an order for a customer. This lets me include that customization info on the product that is being customized. All in all, this app is worth every penny!

This app enables me and my CS team to help customers as much as possible without causing inconvenience to them. My new favorite feature is invoicing customers for adding an item to their order, after they have made their purchase. Edit Order has definitely impressed us and our customers. Great tool, highly recommend!

We turned to this app when the customer service support from another one we were using didn't respond to our email after 48 hours! We had no choice but to switch. What a good decision it was to choose Edit Order! There were many new features now available to us. Just today we had a question, and we received a response within 4 hours which not only addressed our customer's issue but also taught us something new about Shopify. 5 stars for Edit Order all the way!

We have been using Edit Order since early in 2015 when we moved our store to the Shopify system. What impresses me most is how reliable the system works, and how they continue to enhance the app. Since nearly all of our products require custom or personalized content, we have used the app to edit existing orders when a mistake was made entering the content. Being able to edit content without cancelling and starting over is essential to our product line, and relationship with our customers. However, we have definitely struggled with how to manage reorders, where some of the content needed to be changed. Until this latest update to the software that allows for draft orders can be edited ... we had resigned ourselves to entering the order from scratch, even if the change was very minor. NOW, we can duplicate the previous order, save it as a draft, and then use edit order to edit the draft. Once the order is just right, we can send (email) an invoice to the customer for payment. It is great when software solves a problem, works right, and the company is responsive to customer needs!!! Ron Label-Headquarters.com

Great app that can do whats expected of it. We've been using it everyday for several years for all our B2B orders and for editing already placed orders on our online shop. It works impeccable! 5 stars from us!
