We turned to this app when the customer service support from another one we were using didn't respond to our email after 48 hours! We had no choice but to switch. What a good decision it was to choose Edit Order! There were many new features now available to us. Just today we had a question, and we received a response within 4 hours which not only addressed our customer's issue but also taught us something new about Shopify. 5 stars for Edit Order all the way!

We have been using Edit Order since early in 2015 when we moved our store to the Shopify system. What impresses me most is how reliable the system works, and how they continue to enhance the app. Since nearly all of our products require custom or personalized content, we have used the app to edit existing orders when a mistake was made entering the content. Being able to edit content without cancelling and starting over is essential to our product line, and relationship with our customers. However, we have definitely struggled with how to manage reorders, where some of the content needed to be changed. Until this latest update to the software that allows for draft orders can be edited ... we had resigned ourselves to entering the order from scratch, even if the change was very minor. NOW, we can duplicate the previous order, save it as a draft, and then use edit order to edit the draft. Once the order is just right, we can send (email) an invoice to the customer for payment. Love the app and great customer support! We had an issue with our warehouse integration and they really went the extra mile to fix it.

Great app that can do whats expected of it. We've been using it everyday for several years for all our B2B orders and for editing already placed orders on our online shop. It works impeccable! 5 stars from us!

There are currently 3 edit order apps in the market and this is the best one. I will leave a brief comparison below: This App (Edit Order by Cleverific): It allows you to edit orders, change prices/taxes just like the others. This app can also add extra properties to the items and the order itself, which the others can't. The support for this app is good. Josh typically replies my emails in a few hours and he really helps to solve issues. There are a few minor issues with this app, but I believe they will improve it constantly. The other two (Edit Order by Lion Apps, Edit Orders - Editify by Booster Apps): I believe they are made by the same shit people, because they look the same and work in the same way. They can edit orders and change price/tax, but they CANNOT add extra property to items as mentioned above. Support doesn't exist. They never reply my emails. The worse thing is they will try to trick you to sign up the premium plan when you install the apps, instead of offering the 14 days free trial. Watch out for that. If you are looking for an app to edit orders, then this is the app you are looking for. Don't even bother to test the other two, you may end up paying for testing.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! The reply is quick and very responsive to our needs. VERY RECOMMENDED!! We had a custom need that only could've bee fixed with internal help from them and they did right away without hesitation.

Couldn't edit orders without it. It's the only way we can update orders while also using other apps.

Someone had ordered a lamp off our store with an EU power cord instead of a US power cord and I couldn't work out how to amend it easily for them. Downloaded this app and I amended the order with ease. Contacted their contact support regarding an issue and they had responded in less than a day. Very happy with these guys and would definitely recommend.

If your taking orders then chances are your also going to need to edit orders, because there is no built in option for this in Shopify this app is the next best thing. Easy to setup and after migrating from Magento it was already being used on day 1 and pretty much every day since. Support has been very helpful when I've had a question or an issue with a fast turnaround time & resolution.

Technically 3 or 4 stars but all of the limitations are caused by the Shopify platform itself, not the app. Why most of this functionality is not built into Shopify I don't know and these guys are trying to make the best of a poor order management system.

Great customer service! We are migrating over to Shopify and offer a lot of programs that warrant changing orders regularly. These folks have been super responsive with all questions I've had, via email and via online meetings. And they keep improving the app! Thanks!

Claims to be able to uncancel order. I now have an order stuck in limbo thanks to this app. Support offers no help to resolve the issue.

They have earned their 5 star review. I can do what I need to when people order the wrong things or if we need to change anything on the order. It is something I am not willing to be without. Thanks Cleverific and thanks for coding that for me Josh.

Great app! Although a new transaction and order # isn't the most ideal, I understand it's a workaround of Shopify's limitation of not allowing sellers to edit a submitted order. That's a big glaring omission on Shopify's part - its so common for customers to add/subtract items or change colors and sizes! We've used this app a few times, and its able to "edit" an order as smoothly as possible, and transfer payment records to the new order. We did have an issue one time and Josh was quick to reply our email about it.
