Great Product, and Great Service from Jose, no task too big. Thank you for the custom code. Email templates keep every email brand specific which is just what we needed.

never replay to mail support
Hi there, That is very strange, I can see our team have replied to both of your emails the same day. For some reason they have not reached you :( If you log into the app, and click the "Help" button you can start a live chat with the team, then they can send you the replies again through there. You should also see their earlier replies automatically as soon as you log back into the app. If you have any more problems with it, or need anything else. Feel free to reply here too.
