10/10 Absolutely incredible. Both support and mini details we wanted adjusted. So clear & easy to use, whilst leaving the app to do all the complicated stuff in the background. 2 Times Ive had tech error out of hours that needed to be resolbed & Valeria has been so helpful.

No non-sense. Just plug&play. First class customer support. Yes, we recommend this app. The only thing to improve, is to emphasize what differs the set of designed templates Orderly offer. We had to reach out to understand, becuase all the templates look more or less the same apart form color and typography. But there are differences beyond that we learnt.

Working with this team has been a breeze, honestly, they are so attentive, happy to help and polite (even after my numerous requests and changes). Their prompt service has been so reassuring for me as a small creative business owner - where technology is not my strong suit! The app was showing a broken page upon first installing and although the templates are okay they are pretty basic. Not to mention you aren't really getting 40+ separate templates as they pitch, you're actually getting 12 templates with color variations of each. The 12 templates themselves are all fairly similar visually to one another. $100 a year for nothing more than to borrow an email template is absolutely outrageous. EDIT to add my reply to author and remove stars for their dishonesty: That's total marketing garbage... there are ONLY 12 templates with different colors for those 12. What you're referring to are the DEFAULT EMAILS from Shopify. By default any email sent from Shopify(order confirmation, shipping confirm, etc) goes through the theme template file, aka one of the 12 designs you guys offer. Don't try to deceive others and make it sound like they are getting anything more than that. That would be the same as selling a hat but trying to tell people it is 365 different hats because it can be worn every day of the year.
Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear you did not see value in it for your store :) To clear up one point of confusion: The app does have 12 email design themes to choose from, but each of those email themes contains 40+ email templates.. one for each email that Shopify supports. So your purchase gives you the theme, which includes 40+ different emails (Order confirmation, shipping confirmation, customer account, POS emails etc.) This means that a single purchase gives you all of the emails needed for your store, in a matching theme style. Great App. We are using it for pre-orders, and it's the only one I found that you can add a customer acknowledgment for pre-order before they buy. We had a small issue implementing it, but the tech support was great and got us up and running the same day!

I installed this a few years ago, it's been great...No problems so I'd actually forgotten about it and deleted it yesterday when having a spring clean of my site. Remembered in the middle of the night that I'd made a mistake...Reinstalled and Support were very helpful. Phew!

This app is a must for my business. They make it super easy to update and personalize your Shopify email. No code knowledge necessary. Just edit, then copy/paste. Super helpful and responsive staff if you have any questions or edits.
