Hey there, Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like something our support team can help you with, they are available 24/7 to help. When you click "Revert to default" in the Shopify Admin for an email, it goes back to Shopify's default templates. Note: It will still include anything you have set in the Shopify Admin's default email settings (logo + color), which are not controlled, editor or change by Orderly Emails. Hi there, That is very strange, I can see our team have replied to both of your emails the same day. For some reason they have not reached you :( If you log into the app, and click the "Help" button you can start a live chat with the team, then they can send you the replies again through there. You should also see their earlier replies automatically as soon as you log back into the app. If you have any more problems with it, or need anything else. Feel free to reply here too.
