I love this app. Like any other app there is a learning curve but it's super easy. The online chat team is great to work with. They will guide you through the app or modify the code for you. I highly Recommend this app!

This is THE app! I love this app so much. Its editing portion is so easy and clean to use. I have used the blank template version for other liquid codes on shopify and it's been a life saver. It is a bit pricey for email templates and editor, however it is definitely worth the price. 10/10

Using the templates of Orderly Emails is a great way to personalise the look & feel of email messages sent to customers. But what really stands out is their friendly and competent support! This really makes the difference, especially when things have to be done quickly - and when the user is not an IT expert. Thumbs up!

The app is not very complicated to use, but it took me a while to understand how to use it, and Ramon was very patient in showing me how to use the app and provided me with a video guide. It's really great. If I have my own store in the future, I will choose this app too. The good customer service makes me trust this app enough.

We have been using OrderlyEmails for about 7 years now. The templates are beautiful and are easy to install and work with. We've never had an issue. This week, we had a question about a Shopify update that could affect some of the templates and the response from their customer service was fast and incredibly thorough. After their help, I was able to address the issue immediately. I can't recommend this developer enough.

This is a simple yet powerful app. It replaces your normal Shopify emails with branded, stunning new ones. Gives you the opportunity to add sections like "Recommended products", Bestsellers, links to FAQ etc.. I needed support for a couple of small things, and they gave me swift and accurate responses.
