Easy to use app, great way to improve email layouts & customization (one of the fonts chosen didn't quite appear as shown, but that is a general web vs email fonts issue - not the developer/app's fault). Support was EXTREMELY FAST with solving a query I had. So far, quite pleased and no complaints.

Love this app! Notification templates to choose from are varied and far far superior to the default shopify email notifications. I love how you can edit/personalise each section on one email notification and then it's replicated across all the rest so saves a lot of time. Also love how easy it is to add/remove different sections and can match the style exactly to our website. The small one off payment is excellent value for money and would highly recommend this app to other ecom stores.

I used this app to make all email notifications (send out by shopify) html design the same as the website: This app simply pulled the design from my site and i simply needed to copy and past to update all the templates. Just fantastic! Can not wish for a better solution. An additional update: With orderly emails you can now change the theme language. It means also you can create code to have the email template converted in multiple languages. We have multi language store and the templates are able to recognise which language is used in the store and will send out the email notification in the language used on the store. (max 8 additional languages besides the default language) The creators from the app helped me on how to set it up. Their support has been and is always top notch. They always make things work. Just fantastic! (Use all their apps for a couple of websites).

We've been using their templates + our own liquid modifications for a long time. Recently, we had an issue with an update causing links to break on old emails. This was potentially a very serious issue but OrderlyEmails support was understanding, flexible and quick to implement a permanent fix for the problem. Issues and bugs arise in any system and so when they do, the real test of a developer is how they handle it. Thank you to the FORSBERG+two ApS team for their great support.

These folks are really good at this. Between this and order printer, it makes a complete branding package. The guided installation makes a tedious process go quickly and the designs are a huge upgrade over stock code.

Our site: www.huffkins.com Really pleased with this app. It was very easy to use and edit all the different emails. You don't need to have any knowledge of code and the instructions are very clear. It's great that it includes a 'Recommended products' feature too. If we could improve this app, we'd want to add unique discounts to emails (one use only codes which expire within X days of the email being sent); syncing with a gift messaging app which would automatically enter a customer's gift message into the e-gift card email upon sending; and automatically updating the Shopify emails rather than manually pasting the code in for each one. But that's suggestions, not criticisms! An app that does all that would be far more expensive. This app is absolutely brilliant value for the price and incredibly easy to use. Would absolutely recommend it.

I don’t think I have EVER left a review for anything in my life. And I’m no spring chicken. But this app is awesome...it has beautified and unified our emails...a chore I was dreading doing manually. The app is only second to the customer service. Valentina, and others, have responded with help several times within minutes of emailing. Amazing.
