Absolute Disaster - They Deleted Our Store Data and Can't Fix It. I cannot recommend this app with even a single star. We are currently in the middle of a catastrophic incident caused by Orderly Emails, and their response has been nothing short of negligent. Their latest update admitted that a "bug" in their app blindly deleted active Collections from our Shopify store. Even worse, they explicitly stated: "we unfortunately have no way of recreating them ourselves." Think about what this means: Data Loss: They deleted live business assets (collections) without any confirmation step or safety net. No Recovery: They admit the data is gone forever because it wasn't "stored in their systems," despite the fact that their app triggered the deletion. This is a massive liability issue. Terrible Safety Standards: How does an update intended to "cleanup duplicates" result in mass deletion? There were clearly zero safeguards in place. Telling us to "check the Activity Log" is insulting when the log only confirms that they wiped our data and left us with nothing. This isn't just a bug; it's a fundamental failure of engineering and trust. We have lost weeks of work organizing products, and the vendor has no plan to make us whole. Do not install this app unless you want to risk losing your store's structure with zero chance of recovery. Save yourself the headache and find a competitor who actually cares about data integrity.

Why does an email template system need access to delete collections?! I understand this was an honest mistake, but its inexcusable. 17 of our MAIN collections deleted overnight. Lost sales and a ton of work to fix this now.

CATASTROPHIC DATA LOSS. DO NOT INSTALL. A rogue update from this app permanently deleted over 20 of our active collections and wiped out months of specialized, multi-lingual SEO infrastructure across 7 international markets. Instead of providing a fix, their leadership hid behind canned PR scripts, lied about recovery efforts, and ultimately told us to manually rebuild the destroyed data ourselves. Grossly negligent and completely unsafe for any serious Shopify merchant.

This app deleted collections on my store and made me lose sales (automatic collections, ads, all deleted) and valuable time. DO NOT use this app. They dont know what they are doing and the app has too many permissions on your store

We experienced a serious incident with Orderly Emails where multiple collections on our store were deleted without warning or authorisation. Shopify logs confirm the app triggered these actions. This is an email app — it should never have the ability to delete store collections. There is no warning of this behaviour anywhere, and the damage caused is permanent and significant. This is extremely dangerous for any live store. We’ve contacted support and are awaiting a response, but we’ve also seen similar reports from other users. Use at your own risk — we strongly recommend avoiding this app until they resolve the matter

This app went rogue at midnight last night and deleted ALL the collections from my store. The developers were aware of the issue and did NOT communicate to customers. I had to chase the issue myself through Shopify support who checked the logs. There is NO RECOVERY. I have to now manually rekey all my store collections and menu structure manually. This has cost me thousands.

This app ruined our store like everyone else. Deleted all of our collections and also our main menu at 9am this morning with no notice. Then after they knew the issue happened, didn't even reach out to let us all know. We were all left to find out we have to essentially rebuild our stores and then find out who and what caused the damage. Should be illegal and also contacting a lawyer. Who knows how much time and money this will cost us now, unless they compensate us somehow to cover this time and expense

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This app caused severe damage to our store by deleting nearly 49 collections from our 10 year old website and altering our entire structure without any authorization. Shopify confirmed that these actions came directly from this app. This is not a minor issue. It wiped out years of work, destroyed our SEO, and disrupted our business operations. An app designed only for email templates should never have the ability to delete collections or modify critical store data. There was no warning, no safeguard, and no clear explanation. This raises serious concerns about the level of risk associated with installing this app. If you value your store, your data, and your SEO, stay away from this app. The damage it can cause is far beyond anything acceptable.

Just found out that this app went rouge and deleted almost 50 collection pages, which in turn also deleted any menus linked to those collections. Now I am spending a great deal of time undoing this mess. Not happy.

This app permanently deleted ALL of my smart product collections this morning with no warning and no permission. The developer is "aware of the issue." The fact that they allowed this to happen at all is completely unacceptable. Obviously this and all other apps from this developer have been permanently deleted and banned from ever being used on our store in the future. It's been two weeks since this major incident and we haven't heard from the developer with any updates.

For some reason they have not reached you :( If you log into the app, and click the "Help" button you can start a live chat with the team, then they can send you the replies again through there.
