Love - love - love this app. I set up a nicely-designed template once -- years ago now! Anytime I need to update with the latest Shopify or ShopCash code, or change the offers/content, I just re-export the code and cut-and-paste. They did a lot of thoughtful things to make this as fast and easy as possible, like a shortcut button to the exact right Shopify screen, plus a regular "footer" content that automatically updates across all emails at once.

We were looking for an app to help us update our Shopify email templates, and we’re so glad we found Orderly Emails! The templates are clean and incredibly easy to customize, but the best part is the support team. We needed assistance with some customizations, and the team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We're very happy with the service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to revamp their email templates and make them more on-brand.

Amazing product and even better team behind it. Had a unique case where we needed some customization based on conditional logic and their team was able to guide us all the way from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you want a beautifully designed email template and one that can be tailored to your business needs.

Hard to give a good review. Their templates are amazing, but its been over a year now for them to fix the abandoned checkout automation. Which is still not working as they refuse to give it priority.

I am a customer of Forsberg+two for years now. I love how the converted the standard Shopify confirmation email into a work of art - that is enticing and actually contributes to the positive anticipation that a customer should have while receiving a purchase. Will recommend.

I’m absolutely thrilled with OrderlyEmails! This app makes it incredibly easy to design professional and beautifully formatted email templates for Shopify. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer support – I had a specific question about using Liquid code in the order confirmation email, and the team responded super fast with the perfect solution. The combination of user-friendly design, great customization options, and top-notch support makes this app a must-have for any Shopify store. Highly recommended!

The emails dont work with shopify's new workflow system but the company doesn't tell you that. They Misinform you and also tell you they are working on adding that support and then do nothing and take your money. The customer support is terrible. After trying to contact them about the ETA of the added support they blanked me several time. just not responding. Then they cancelled my subscription without my prior confirmation leaving me completely high and dry with all my email notifications. This company appears to be full of idiots including the owner Bjorn whos only issue was that fact i called one of his staff an idiot for what they had done. Failing to realise the gravity of anything his staff had done prior to cause such an outburst. Avoid the headache avoid this app like the plague. be warned

You're absolutely right that templates are currently not compatible with the Shopify Email Marketing app, we’re actively working on making them compatible. We also understand that manually copying templates is a rail pain, and wish there was a better way. Unfortunately this is a Shopify limitation, that we've been asking them to improve for years, so we're very attentive to any updates they make that could improve it in the future.
