At the start, it was a bit difficult to find a way through the app but huge thanks to the support team they made every point very clear and helped me with some custom edits. The app provides a great potential but what really makes it a top notch is the support behind it. All the best!

Really user friendly and makes all the difference in terms of customisation. Great customer service. Super fast, helpful and proffesional. They are there to support and help implement rsther than just sign posting. Well worth the purchase. And actually very easy to use as the instructions afe well laid out and communicated. You can see each step has been considered from the perspective of how a user experiences it, which is not always the case .

This is a good way to change the default look and feel of the Shopify notifications. Nice designs and relatively easy to use. It would be great to be able to add meta field includes without having to add them in a separate editor during the copy and pasting.

Easy to use, my mother could run it. You can customize your emails pretty much anyway you want. No issues whatsoever. Had to contact support for extra custom question and got quick and warm answers straight away.

The templates are clean and super easy to use. Support is great! While it may take up to 20 minutes for support to reach out if you provide a detailed description of your issue and what you're looking for then when support reaches out they can give you a detailed response. I like this because the detailed response allows you to avoid timely back and forth with support. Great email option!

I have been using this app for more than a year now and I can guarantee it is all you need to have customized, professional looking order emails. I come back to it regularly whenever we need to change something in our order information. Costumer Support is really helpful ( and I mean endless, let's keep trying until you get it right, kind of patience). I 100% recommend this app!

Great app, and support were very helpful for a few things I needed help with. Just one watch out is that templates are either centre aligned or side aligned and you can't add a centre aligned text section on a left aligned theme without custom coding.

Very easy to use, customer support is instant and super helpful. The price for the templates is reasonable and you have lifetime access to edit the emails! Overall very happy with the app :)
