Interface is good and easy to work with, but the fact that I needed to copy and paste everyone of the notifications manually into shopify from "Orderly Emails” to shopify is not great especially this day in age of Tech advancement. Expected the email notifications to seamlessly synch between apps!
Hi there, Thanks for the feedback, and for using our app. We totally agree with you! We've been hounding Shopify for years to add an Email Templates API or any other way that we can automatically sync your templates into Shopify. I actually sent them a screenshot of your review yesterday. We watch any Shopify updates closely for changes around this, and rest assured will implement same day that it becomes possible. I have had several questions to better control the settings in this app and truely I have not seen such a great service much anywhere else. WHoever is my assistance there is always professional, quick help, super friendly and mega engaged people at FORSBERG. Kudos to the whole team. I wish there were more dedicated teams like yours.
