Orderly Emails ‑ Templates App

The app was showing a broken page upon first installing and although the templates are okay they are pretty basic. Not to mention you aren't really getting 40+ separate templates as they pitch, you're actually getting 12 templates with color variations of each. The 12 templates themselves are all fairly similar visually to one another. $100 a year for nothing more than to borrow an email template is absolutely outrageous. EDIT to add my reply to author and remove stars for their dishonesty: That's total marketing garbage... there are ONLY 12 templates with different colors for those 12. What you're referring to are the DEFAULT EMAILS from Shopify. By default any email sent from Shopify(order confirmation, shipping confirm, etc) goes through the theme template file, aka one of the 12 designs you guys offer. Don't try to deceive others and make it sound like they are getting anything more than that. That would be the same as selling a hat but trying to tell people it is 365 different hats because it can be worn every day of the year.

Great App. We are using it for pre-orders, and it's the only one I found that you can add a customer acknowledgment for pre-order before they buy. We had a small issue implementing it, but the tech support was great and got us up and running the same day!

I installed this a few years ago, it's been great...No problems so I'd actually forgotten about it and deleted it yesterday when having a spring clean of my site. Remembered in the middle of the night that I'd made a mistake...Reinstalled and Support were very helpful. Phew!

This app is a must for my business. They make it super easy to update and personalize your Shopify email. No code knowledge necessary. Just edit, then copy/paste. Super helpful and responsive staff if you have any questions or edits.

I wasn't happy with the built-in Shopify notifications. Wanted something that I could create that is on-brand. I don't know much code. I bought this app and was able to make it work for me.There is nothing really like this out there at this price. And their customer service is THE BEST bar none. Incredibly responsive and helpful people. I bought this app for all three of our websites. Highly recommended.

Great support! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Templates look great too! You only have to buy one style and then you can change pretty much any email template you have on that one style.

The way emails are set up in Shopify is weirdly restrictive, so you do need an email app to make them look attractive and customise them. I've found OrderlyEmails great to use, UX and instructions are great. And their team have been really supportive and quick when we've had questions :)
