Support team is very good. I just wish that they were closer to my time zone when I do most of my work. But that’s not on the team. Pankaj has been very helpful as well as the other team members with assisting me in transitioning my eBay business to Shopify. I admit I’m a rookie when it comes to all of this and it’s still very new to me, this team has supported me every step of the way. I love the ability to get human interaction. My only issue is that they aren’t available 24/7 due to their worldwide client base. They did tell me that I could always schedule a time to meet with someone. The only problem is that I never know when a problem will arise.

We have been using this app since 2023 and can highly recommend it. The synchronization between eBay and Shopify works reliably and saves us a lot of manual work in our daily business. The support team is also excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, a great app with reliable functionality and outstanding support.

We have over 3000 products on ebay, and this tool made it super easy to manage them on shopify with just a few clicks from setup. I have used it for over a year now and any time i have a question they respond to the chat right away. Not an AI bot...a real human being. I love this about them. If you sell across platforms I would definitely recommend you give them a try

This app is by far the BEST customer service I've ever received from a product. The team, especially Pankaj, have been pivotal in getting my business integrated with other platforms seamlessly. I highly recommend reaching out to the support team for any questions or concerns, as they are very eager to help and very knowledgeable on how to make shopify work with ebay.

After having to switch from a previous program, I am extremely happy with Ebay Integration. They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to set up the app exactly how our business needs. Their customer service is amazing and very prompt. I highly recommend this app.

Die Hotline hat mir sehr gut weiter geholfen und war absolut freundlich sowie professionell. Sie hat von sich aus Vorschläge zur Verbesserung meines Ebay/Shopify Imports gemacht. This app is great. Other apps ive tried didnt import variations, this one did. Its fast, clean UI and I'll be using this as my go-to app for importing ebay to shopify. The customer support is fast, friendly and sorted out my small issue very quickly (and the issue was impatience :)) An excellent app.

Absolutely effortless Ebay integration. I've been through many apps, and didn't have time nor knowledge on how to integrate all products correctly and they were not published for months as I honestly didn't have time to go through each error. The agent - Pankaj - made it so effortless and integrated all my products in less than 30min without me doing anything! Love it!

Awesome app with amazing and responsive tech support! I am used to having confusing apps with limited documentation or outdated features but eBay Importer does everything it says and more! Definitely try it out, not many solutions that work as seamlessly as this one!
