eBay Integration ‑ InfoShore

I've been using this app since it first launched, and I honestly can't imagine managing my business without it. I sell on both eBay and Shopify, and having inventory automatically sync between the two platforms has been invaluable. When an item sells on one platform, it's removed from the other, eliminating oversells and saving me countless hours of manual work. Price and title updates sync seamlessly, making it easy to manage everything from a single source. What really sets this company apart, though, is their customer service. I recently reached out about description synchronization, which wasn't included in my plan. Rather than giving me a generic "upgrade to Gold" response, Pankaj took the time to understand my business, discussed my request with his team, and worked out a custom solution that fit my needs. That level of customer care is incredibly rare these days. If you're a serious eBay seller looking to expand to Shopify without doubling your workload, this app is worth every penny. Customer service from Pankaj has been great. He has been great in helping me set up our ebay integration, after moving from another app. He has been very willing to help.

Sync works for t itle and category. it lacks basic specification sync. they will offer to custom map but candidly the are offering to map as custom what others do as standard. for the money sell brite and others are a better value. additionally it is not reliably downcounting the inventory back in shopify when a market place sell happens. good begning but use a more tested app instead like sellbrite etc

Awesome app. I use eBay to list directly and infoshare to sync with Shopify and keep track of orders. Tried alot of apps and their top tier plan offers the most features with a good price. Over 20 year on eBay... Inkfrog & Shopify , 2 years (inkfrog closed) SixBit, 12 years (I needed a web based system) Blackthorne...10 years (Blackthorne closed)

Listen up people! The buck stops here. Just spent hours with customer service. They modified their app to meet my specific needs. Have a zoom appointment scheduled to cover the changes and to walk me through features. Now this is customer service! I'm positive that if my needs change, there wont be an issue. Stop searching for other integration apps. My main issue was shipping. I couldn't integrate flat rate shipping from eBay to Shopify. Go and see the difference at our eBay store Good Deal Center and gooddealcenter.store! Over 10,000 individual listing going on 20,000! What a save!

Support team is very good. I just wish that they were closer to my time zone when I do most of my work. But that’s not on the team. Pankaj has been very helpful as well as the other team members with assisting me in transitioning my eBay business to Shopify. I admit I’m a rookie when it comes to all of this and it’s still very new to me, this team has supported me every step of the way. I love the ability to get human interaction. My only issue is that they aren’t available 24/7 due to their worldwide client base. They did tell me that I could always schedule a time to meet with someone. The only problem is that I never know when a problem will arise.
