eBay Integration ‑ Infoshore

The app was good at first, although now it is not updating in real time. The listings from ebay are sometimes taking over 24 hours to import to our shopify store. As someone who posts our products daily on our social media platforms (an rely heavily on our social media following to convert sales) I'm now constantly being hounded by our followers asking where our products are, and why aren't they listed on the website? This is because they ARE NOT being updated to shopify in real time (like promised by the ap). I've reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times and they keep trying to tell me there is nothing wrong and it should only take a few minutes for items to transfer over. This is not true, the items are not transferring over and like I mentioned before, are sometimes taking over 24 full hours to show up on my shopify store. For example, I have over 30 products that were listed at 8 am this morning, its now 12:30 am the next day, over 16 hours later, and they are still NOT listed on my shopify store. If this issue isn't resolved soon, be weary of their promise to offer "real time importing" as that just isn't true.

So far, so good. I can't complain about being a professional importer for eBay. It has made importing my inventory into Shopify a breeze with few hick-ups. I can't wait for more updates and what the future brings.

App was very intuitive for a first-time user. I started with the free tier with 5 free imposts and it went so well, that I subscribed to the paid plan. The amount of time I saved importing existing listings from eBay was huge!

Excellent app that works flawlessly. Imports occur quickly using auto sync and inventory is accurately tracked. Customer service team response time was great with the few questions I had.

I can't speak highly enough about the patience and professionalism that the team at InfoShore has offered. I have had very specific and non-typical requests for how things needed to be set up for us, and they worked through all of the requests one by one until I was completely satisfied. I had worked with other importer companies previously, and InfoShore just blows them out of the water in terms of how well and accurately the program works and furthermore with how willing they are to help you accomplish goals and needs for your Shopify store. VERY HIGHLY recommend.

This app is awesome. It handles a lot of task that could otherwise require hiring another person. Inventory and pricing updates are almost immediate. Imports of new product are spot on. They are very responsive to our needs. Five star customer service. Thank you.

Pankaj and the team has been extraordinary in customizing our needs with this app from eBay to Shopify and vice versa. Overall, the app and technology works very well and if for whatever reason there is a change in the eBay API, the infoshore team is quick to react and fix any bugs failry quickly. The app is the best we've seen and does a great job in our needs for managed inventory on both the eBay and Shopify sales channel platform. We highly recommend.

Very handy tool. Imports all my eBay Listings with description, pictures and item specifics. Dev team went above and beyond in helping me, very professional and helpful.

I have been using this app for around two years and it's been fantastic. Easy to use, if you make price & inventory changes on eBay they sync straight away. Importing is simple. Customer service is great and always helpful and fast to address any issues. Highly recommend :) Dan - Subie Shop.

I really needed this app and it does what it says on the Tin, but boy is the dashboard missing a trick or 2, please can you do some really simple widgets to show, items imported, items to reimport, the number of new items imported since xxx, etc ... it would be worth the extra cost, then i would know if i need to do anything or not with Ebay, Amazon and the shopify tool

works erratically poor customer service, only customer service is by email, no chat or any other live help, so any issues take long time to resolve. sync does not always work, needs to be checked at least 1 x week to see if it is all working
