Great Customer Service. I just started using the app and its fairly easy for me as I am not so tech savvy person. I used the chat feature and the rep was able to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Using this app will make listing on my Shopify Store 1000 time faster just by simply importing from my Ebay Store.

Have been using this app for a while, and while I'm only importing maybe 30-50 products per month, it's been insanely helpful for my business and how I operate. App is easy to use and support has been helpful when I need them.

WOW! 5 stars and more if I could leave more... I left Shopify Marketplace Connect to come to this app and it DOES NOT disappoint! I am so extremely pleased with amount of customization that this app can provide. I was struggling with my previous app because there were specific items from vendors that I didn't want synced over to eBay, and that app did not allow for any blocking of items - it was all or nothing. Im so happy I found InfoShore - they have been able to accommodate every need and build out features very quickly. I have worked personally with Pankaj - who is a GEM! I started with the free version and after a week of playing around in their app, quickly upgraded to the silver version. If you're struggling like I was with other apps that have no ability or drive to work with your companies needs, then leave them, and give this app a try. I was also able to use this app and test it out while still using my other app. It became very apparent InfoShore was the way to go. Hope this helps someone else out there!

The customer support team is really on top of their game and fixes issues swiftly, replies fast and generally provides a great experience. The app itself works well.

i had issues with integrating to ebay because im using another thrid party app to sync my inventory on shopify. Pankaj helped me step by step and made some minor adjustments to the app in order for it to work for me. Im currently testing out the free version but will be interested in the paid version as well. This helped me save so much time and organizing my stuff

I've only recently started using this app, as I'm a long time ebay user (but new to shopify) and I've been finding selling on shopify as well as ebay quite difficult to navigate - this app seems good so far, it works, and it's very easy to use (even for a non techie person like me), unlike many apps!! Listings are copied across with just a few clicks and all seems to work well - very happy with it!

I believe this is the best app for integrating eBay and Shopify. Although I am not proficient in English, the team accurately understands my intentions and provides precise support. I highly recommend this app to those who wish to manage both eBay and Shopify.Very happy with this service.

Just started with the app, and so far everything seems amazing! I had a minor hick up at the start, but they got back to me instantly and it was fixed in under 2 minutes. Crazy good!

This app provides excellent, diligent customer service. Worked on fixing an eBay listing import limit issue, and they went above and beyond by not only doing that but also enabling key settings that originally meant to contact them by email to do it. The app's service is super easy to manage and use, and their customer service is straight to the point and no-nonsense. Highly recommend this app.

Paid for a one time 500 import plan (limited time offer). Used 222 of them, can no longer import anything. Looks like they changed something and removed / revoked the 500 import plan I had.

This app is perfect! It made my life so much easier with how simple yet effective it is. I needed to import over 1100+ listings from eBay and this app worked flawlessly. When I had some incorrect settings, I contacted support and they were straight onto the case and helped me with everything I needed, going to great lengths to make it right! Would recommend for everyone to use coming from eBay!

Works very well, imports items and all of the information from eBay listing, but the difference is the Customer service, Pankaj is really great been very supportive and was able help me set-up this app exactly how I wanted with a bunch of customization. Replies very fast and always professional. Very happy with this service.
