Great service, and works well. Customer support is fast and they have helped me with customization in our synchronization. We have over 2000 listings and it's working great. It was a little bumpy at the very start a year or so ago, but the bugs seem to be all worked out. Recommend!

It works when it feels like working. It crashes a lot when sorting through import files, and sometimes it just logs me out without letting me back in through the app, so I have to restart it every time to get back in.

App did not work .. only imported 5 items out of 15000 .. I though with paying for app that I will get items imported faster.. it came up totally different pricing and different than advertised. So I closed the account and uninstalled the app within a day. sent emails many times to support with dead end.. they won't help and telling lies that they already refunded the payment which is not true. total scammers trying to keep your money even you did not use the app.

An essential application for anyone with an eBay catalog looking to synchronize it with Shopify. The support is fabulous, always ready to assist you with any need! I find it super! I couldn't do without it!!!!!!

We tried for two months to get this app to deliver on ability to synch between Shopify and eBay on trading cards. We had multiple upcharge requests asked as a condition to make the app work as needed which was frustrating. Last we left off we were going to get quoted for a 'customization' that would help us accomplish task of another selling site being able to read and pull items from Shopify... after multiple asks and over a month of waiting for quote, we're just having to cut bait on almost two months of trying to make this work out and start all over. Summary... ensure and double check this app does exactly what you need it to accomplish using the 5-item free option before purchasing, and if you are asked to additional money for the app to do its job, move on.

If you require the unit price on your products, DO NOT get this app. It does not import the unit price. I have asked them to do it, gave them permission to my store and they changed something in the code, DESPITE the unit price being an option in the product view on shopify. They did not even implement it correctly. After they reverted the changes, they told me they would work on importing the correct thing. That was 1 month ago. They told me numerous times "We are working on it" "I will update you tommorow" (Sometimes didn't even update me the next day and straight up ignored me), but it is still not done. Would have been a lot better if you just said you are not capable of doing it, instead of wasting my time.

This importer is great. Once you play around with it and learn how it works things will run smooth. It successfully imported thousands of our eBay's listings onto our new shopify site. Quantities and prices sync up within minutes of making changes. Couldn't be more pleased. EDIT 11/25/2025 The app is still running strong. Any time we have an issue they are very responsive by email and are able to take matters into there own hands to get things fixed. We will continue to use it and have no regrets.

App was great in the beginning, now only imports part of the items descriptions and customer service has not replied to numerous emails. Recently items have not imported after a day or more also. We pay more for faster syncing and priority service but we not sure if this app is being supported anymore. UPDATE: It seems their attempt to fix the upload issue they reverted our entire store back. Now having to re edit all products on our website. Please be aware that they may edit your product listings without your authorisation. They will also not reply to our email about these modifications to our listings.

Horrible customer service, we have 2 ebay stores and they need to be reauthorized every day, half of our items dont sync and my emails have been ignored for weeks. waste of time and money
