Purchased to sync our eBay inventory into Shopify. This team has gone above and beyond expectations. I would recommend them to any Shopify user.

So far so good. Have been looking for syncing software for about a year now as tried many but either they dont work, dont meet my needs or both. Had to have a few mods in the begining and the support for this was great - like the fact that i use templates on my ebay listings and can't bring them over to shopify as all my clickable links lead back to ebay and not the shop. They offered to mod it so they were automatically removed. Other apps wanted to charge extra for this. I was impressed

Purchased this to replace a previous Ebay sync app. This is far superior, easy to understand interface and works seamlessly. We had a request to import our Ebay shop categories into the Shopify product tags, that we use for our Shopify collections. The developer did this within hours of contacting. Great support. 5 stars

We had a few functionality issues with the app, customer support was incredibly responsive and effective. All questions answered, all issues resolved. While the app is relatively basic, it does what it advertises well. Thank you!

This is a great product and does what it advertises. Used for several years. Response times for support were quick first couple years, typically under 24 hours. Most common issue I had would be the importer would tell me I'm out of credits/items on my plan even though I was still under the total. It was as if the sync/count got off and each time the support team has to manually reset/update the count to allow more imports (about once a month). However last few months we've noticed major changes in the response times of support and sometimes the app itself is just out completely. When we reach out to support we've encountered 3-5 business day delays where no resolution or response whatsoever, which is strange given the 24/7 eCommerce world. Not sure what is going on internally, but to be candid it's been a major business distruption having to wait so many days to get resolution. There's not really a great alternative/competitor out there, so just forced to endure the long wait times for now. Otherwise it's a great app. Hopefully they can get the support times back to normal. I think 24 hours max is a reasonable expectation.

Outstanding. Recommendable. This app was able to import my original Ebay product advertisements 1: 1 including pictures and titles with text to shopify. The support helped very quickly when I wanted to have the text frame deleted. The support even helped me again when I wanted to have my product templates in other languages deleted. Fast and perfect. My Main Store without having to push traffic to it is Ebay. I spent a lot of money driving traffic to my Shopify store but once I found eBay Professional Importer then I made my Shopify store a replica of my Ebay store and every time I sell an item on Ebay it now appears on Shopify as removed and when I add to Ebay this importer adds to Shopify. It is so worth it. I have too many platforms to keep up with so this saves me enormous time and energy. Any business should have this. I love it. Sylvia

This app is super helpful in integrating eBay with Shopify. I have over 1,500 products and syncing them by hand would have taken literal months. this app synced all my products with my Shopify in a matter of a couple of hours! Pankaj, the customer service rep, was also super helpful in ensuring my auctioned items didn't get synced! Great customer service:) welcoming, quick, and actually helpful!

The best thing is their customers service. Whenever you have any issue you just shoot an email then next morning you will find all fixed up, no delay. The sync is super smoothly running and it updates any change from your other online business. I love this app so much and thank you for let us find it.
