The ETA Delivery app has been a great addition to our store. It allows us to clearly display estimated delivery times on product pages, which helps set the right expectations for customers and builds trust. I really like how flexible the app is—you can configure cut-off times, manage week-offs/holidays, and even add countdown timers for urgency. The customization options for ETA messages are very useful, and the live preview makes it easy to see changes instantly. At first, I had some confusion with the rules and created collections, but the support team guided me really well. Jay and Priyanka have been especially responsive—investigating my queries thoroughly and replying quickly. Their great support is truly appreciated. The app is user-friendly, and once the rules are set up, it runs smoothly in the background without any extra effort. Overall, a reliable app for improving transparency and customer confidence in shipping timelines. Highly recommended!

App works great and support is extremely helpful. I like the way I can use rules so as to have different ETAs per product tag. I also appreciate ETAs by destination and of course the language capability. Many thanks

The application does exactly what it says and is very easy to configure. There were some custom things to do, which the support guys helped me very quickly. I liked it a lot because it is integrated in the notifications for customers, the customer account as well as in the cart and at the checkout and looks very nice on product page.

Très bonne app qui nous a permis d'indiquer clairement les délais de livraison en fonction des différents transporteurs, fonctionnalité que peu d'apps proposent. Le service client a été très rapide pour m'aider à l'installer et paramétrer, et l'équipe des développeurs a pu faire quelques modifications pour que les boutons soient parfaitement adaptés à notre site.

The app had a feature to display multiple shipping methods. Was the only app we could find that had this feature. The support greatly helped me in setting it up and making it work. I can recommend anyone looking for a delivery date app with a lot of customization features! Support replies faster than myself. And the support is on whatsapp!

I fully recommend this app, used it for about 2 years. It is very well integrated with Shopify, it doesn't not have errors or causes errors with other apps. It does not slow the shop. I have only good things to say about it, very useful. A bit pricy :) but it also delivers. Good job.

After testing many other ETA apps I tested Estimated Delivery Date - ETA and this works perfect. So many options, most others have only one option just 3 to 5 days. But as we ship world wide this is no option some counties will be delivered in 1 day other take 10 so other apps are useless. But this one is ideal you can check tons of options, countries, products, etc to set up everything according your needs. And so many options to show the ETA from nice clean text till fully animated and you can choose different views per country. For boring countries simple text and for the happy countries nicely animated. Everything is possible. This is really the best solution out there. Give it a try and be amazed....
