Very helpful team, quick to respond. Great app that is simple to use. *Update 2025 I’ve been using this app since 2023 to manage delivery times and ETA messages, and it’s been a smooth experience. It’s really easy to set up ETA rules for products, collections, and even specific countries or vendors. The pre-built templates and customization options make it super convenient to match the look of my store. I had a few questions about ETA rules, and Priyanka from the support team helped me right away. She was patient, clear, and made sure everything was working perfectly. The whole team is very supportive and responsive. Overall, this app has made managing delivery expectations so much easier for my customers. The real-time preview, warehouse-based ETA, and countdown timer features are a big plus. Definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their store’s delivery experience!

The app is quite helpful and user friendly. We wanted to make some modification in the template and the team was very helpful in doing so as per our requirement. They were proactive in supporting us as we wanted the date to be displayed on the product page in a particular format to our customers
