First of all the app is very easy to configure and with basic knowledge also very easy to customize. You will have to do some trial and error but you will get the hang of the settings very quickly. I ran into a problem with setting up the delivery time information in our order confirmation email. I also have no clue about coding. Jay from the support team was very friendly and replied quickly and professional to my inquiry. The issue wasn't too easily resolved as it took a couple of trys to get the right configuration. Also that we are based in Germany and everything has to be localized surely didn't help the cause. Afer a short time (under 90 minutes) all issues were resolved and the app is working flawlessly. I am very happy with the support I received and recommend Setubridge to everyone without hesitation. Thanks again to Jay.

Customer service is useless. I have sent over 20 emails back and forth regarding bugs and they cannot comprehend the issue or won't do anything about it. There is no way to hide the alert for Out of Stock items with "Continue Selling when out of stock" disabled. This means that if your customer selected a greyed out variant, they are still told that their item will be dispatched.

Maybe it works. However, set-up is super hard, not Global ETA rules available for free or Startup plas as advertised. Upgraded to Startup version to unlock Global ETA rules, but discovered that only Growth plan offers it.

I have been using the ETA app for a while now, and have spent a log time with the support people, Jay in particular, who has set up custom timings for our slightly unusual business model. They are amazing! Brilliant product and A+ service, give them a try!!!

This is an amazing app! It gives transparency to your customers when it comes to lead times and handling times which is great. The support is also phenomenal, they are always online at the end of the chat to help and support. Cannot rate this highly enough.

Significantly higher prices for Shopify Plus stores and it doesn't advertise this anywhere. Very misleading.
