Absolutely excellent from the very beginning. I've had this app for a while now, and it's by far the best one out there. It offers a wide range of customization options and tools, allowing it to seamlessly integrate with your theme—and it looks stunning once everything is set up just right. The pricing is fair, and even the premium plan offers great value for what you get. What truly sets this app apart is the outstanding support. Jay has been incredibly responsive, and every request has been handled quickly and professionally.

Highly recommended. Very easy to install - However if you have issues editing the app, don't hesitate to contact the team. They're super helpful and kindly patient, plus they reply fast! I had issues editing the app for my shopify and they really helped me to adapt the app to my theme.

Had some teething issues but Jay was super helpful and got the fixes done really quickly. Its fantastic and really good app! Super easy to understand and create templates and quite granular which is helpful if wanting to select different messaging for different products both in and out of stock. Some features in there too that look good but I don't need right now. Really pleased and the response time after coming across an issue with out of stocks not appearing on variants was rapid. Jay went straight into Shopify & sorted within minutes and even helped config the messaging to where I wanted it to show on the page. Excellent and the best service I've received from any app to date.

SB Estimated Delivery Date ETA is a fantastic app! Super easy to use and set up — everything was intuitive right from the start. We were using another Estimated Delivery app for over a year when, suddently it stopped displaying in the shopping cart. After contacting their support, we were informed there was nothing they could do and recommended we find another estimated delivery app. That's when we found SB Estimated Delivery Date ETA. We were having some problems getting this app to display the way we wanted it to in the shopping cart, so we reached out to their support team. The SB support team did what we asked them to do and the Estimate Delivery Date is displaying perfectly! The only reason we are giving this app 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the face that if a customer edits their product after adding to the cart, when they return to the cart, the Estimated Delivery Date is not showing. SB support said it has to do with the app we are using for product personalization. We are reaching out to that app to see if they can address the problem. We would recommend this app to anyone looking for a great estimated delivery app.

Very helpful team, quick to respond. Great app that is simple to use. *Update 2025 I’ve been using this app since 2023 to manage delivery times and ETA messages, and it’s been a smooth experience. It’s really easy to set up ETA rules for products, collections, and even specific countries or vendors. The pre-built templates and customization options make it super convenient to match the look of my store. I had a few questions about ETA rules, and Priyanka from the support team helped me right away. She was patient, clear, and made sure everything was working perfectly. The whole team is very supportive and responsive. Overall, this app has made managing delivery expectations so much easier for my customers. The real-time preview, warehouse-based ETA, and countdown timer features are a big plus. Definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their store’s delivery experience!
