ETA was very simple to set up and it’s looking great! I like all of the customization options they offer and also the option to set the delivery date based on the customer’s location. It was exactly what I’ve been looking for! We had a minor issue because the centering wasn’t working properly, but they solved it very quickly. The customer service is amazing, we got the response immediately even on the free plan, thank you Sophie and Mariadel. If you need an estimated delivery banner app, this is it, you don’t need to look any further. :)

The app is very easy to use. Support is very active and responds quickly. When I installed, the order confirmation email didn't work, but I got assistance from support. They're still working on it and I'm sure it will be fixed in a timely manner.

I've been using this app for over a year and I have to say it's one of the best apps in this area. easy to install. even if you change your theme, everything works perfectly. Another travel advantage is that the delivery times are also displayed in the checkout. Customer support is also top notch. I was helped every time within a few seconds. Perfect app, does exactly what I need. Contacted support a few times and they're very fast & helpful. 10/10. Really effective and simple app, works exactly how it should. Free & paid plans are both great for businesses. Support is 10/10, everytime I have contacted them they have replied quickly and with a detailed reply. To the support team, thank you for your help!

Great customer service!! Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. It has taken me some time to get oriented to the app dashboard and they have patiently walked me through it and also done some changes for me when I could not figure things out. Thank you ETA people!
