Once you figure it out and get through the initial setup, it's pretty easy to use and seems solid so far. Setting up the shipping options gets a little confusing at first but overall simple to use and seems fairly robust on the syncing.

I love this app! The customer service is really awesome and great. I tried other app before and it wasn't that good because the prices all same even I have all different prices. If you are looking for sync your Etsy listing to Shopify, this is the perfect app.

Spent weeks trying to get the products to link with between Shopify and Etsy and it never worked. We had all our SKU, Product titles, variant titles, qty, and prices that match exactly and it never would link. Support is horrible and they kept telling us they would respond and no one would respond. Chat is fast to respond, but often that ended with them telling us they needed to have a developer help, and then nothing would happen. I would not recommend this app. We also had orders that failed to transfer over so we had to manually process orders.

Such a pathetic customer service. Asked them 5 months long for a feature. Every time they forget and start from the scratch asking what I need. This is is not worth the money. The customer service really don´t help

Its all been a bit confusing launching my first Etsy store. The shipping charges are generally a pain, but the App support team has been great helping me customize pricing, margins, and shipping (fixed). Thanks to the App Support Team for all of your help.

I haven't used it much yet, but had to contact CS as my products didn't initially upload to Etsy I must of clicked the upload button to quickly. Very friendly and helpful when I contacted.

I am giving this app 5 stars due to the customer care and simplicity of the app. I love that it integrates directly with my Shopify interface and I don't have to open another window to view my products/inventory. I have used many other apps that feel over complicated and over priced. While there are some items that can be worked on with this app (minor issues with message verbiage or display options-but nothing major/none affecting inventory management, etc.) It does what it promises and after speaking with support I feel confident the minor issues will be worked out soon. This is a cost effective inventory management system that works well for syncing products Shopify with Etsy. Syncing is much quicker and closer to "real-time" than the other 5-6 apps I have tried. It is simple to use and understand the customer support is quick to respond. I would say that once the minor glitches are resolved I will consider this app to be the best available for those that simply need to view/manage orders and inventory between the 2 platforms. Great job, hope to see more intuitive features soon that will make it even better. Thanks to the development team.

I recently started using Etsy Integration & Sync - DPL for Shopify to manage my Etsy and Shopify stores, and I have to say, it's been fantastic. One of my favorite features is the automatic inventory sync between Etsy and Shopify. I don't have to worry about accidentally overselling items, which saves me a lot of time managing my stock levels. The customizable listing templates and automatic order fulfillment are also great features that have made managing my stores much more efficient. The customer service provided by the app has been exceptional. Whenever I have a question or issue, the support team is quick to respond and always helpful. The documentation and knowledge base provided by the app is also helpful in troubleshooting any problems I encounter. Overall, I would highly recommend Etsy Integration & Sync - DPL for Shopify to anyone selling on both Etsy and Shopify. Good app. Support is helpful, and reliable. Sometimes can have hiccups with syncing, but its always fixed within a couple hours.
