I had problems configuring this app with our Shopify store. I was contacted by the Etsy Integration Team - they set up a call with me (at no cost) and within 20 minutes, I was up and running. Everything between our Shopify store and our Etsy Shop was synced perfectly. Surya S was the person that helped me. He did an AWESOME JOB. Thank you Surya ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Just getting started to using it, up till now are all good. Sync product from Shopify to Etsy are works as expected. Some questions for support and get quick response in the chat box.

This app was easy to get set up, so easy that I almost didn't meet with my Shopify Integration Team Member. I am glad I did. I have complete confidence now and I cannot wait to get my Store up and running! Convenient times to meet with someone and and friendly support! I have used other apps, this one is the best! I love the ease and customer support is awesome! I would recommend this app to everyone I know selling on Shopify that wants to integrate with Etsy.

Firstly, I don't write reviews unless my expectations have been exceeded, and this app and customer service have BOTH exceeded my expectations! THE APP The app has clearly had a lot of tuning done to it to make it a smooth operator. In this case, 'set it and forget it' is a true slogan that actually works! Once you spend a little time going through the tabs and understanding what your preferences are, it is a simple app to understand and not a fragmented, frustrating learning curve many apps put you through. I would go as far as to say, it's a refreshing and enjoyable experience to have had. CUSTOMER SERVICE I had the help and assistance of the most patient and polite man called RONEX. He is more than worthy of a special mention as he tackled my onslaught of questions and talking. Calmly and patiently, Ronex walked me through every tab to see if I had all my settings correct according to what I wanted, but also according to the requirements of the app to work as smoothly as it does and sync correctly with my Etsy shop. All things are working like a dream, so thank you to you Ronex. My 5 star experience is not everybody's experience, and won't be everybody's experience, but we all have to deal with apps for just about every facet of building and running a business nowadays. I can honestly say, this app is well put together, the developers and customer service department know what you're trying to achieve and help you without the frustration and hard work. Very well done DPL, keep up the excellent work!!

Kusum was very patient in helping me connect my shopify store with my etsy store. Response time was quick and she even provided a link to screen share, so she can guide me through the process. Overall great service!

the issue supposed to be solved. and just waiting for our refund. to be honest. they kept following 10 times just to finalize the issue. and that is a great sign for great customer service.

*** IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOCATION on your shopify-- but only ship online orders from a specific location, you do not want this APP. For example, we have a warehouse and a brick and mortar store. This app publishes the inventory to both on etsy, allowing etsy customers to buy stuff we have in store but not at the warehouse. Which caused a complete mess for us during the holidays. We kept the app for a few months b/c we thought they would get that fixed after we voiced our concerns, but it hasn't happened yet, so we are switching apps.
