Really helpful support, Pratik gave me a super detailed answer and they fixed it on their end when the tracking to Etsy didn't fully automate (due to an unusual naming convention on our side). Love this app and it's bringing in lots of sales already since starting it!

I recently worked with kusumA from Etsy on integrating my Etsy account with Shopify, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. What stood out most was her professionalism and her ability to clearly explain every step, making something that could have been complicated feel simple and stress-free. Super happy with this app and the support provided with it. I have tried 2 other packages .... CEDCommerce was really expensive, really complicated and glitchy. Nembol was more reasonably priced but we had constant problems and glitches. In contrast, I am super happy with DPL. Its really easy to use, the price is reasonable, the support is great and so far it's been the best app we've used for Etsy Integration. I would highly recommend.

The app is truly a "set it and forget it" system that delivers flawless, real-time inventory synchronization between Shopify and Etsy, eliminating the risk of overselling. Plus, their support is top-tier—always fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hem, in particular, provided prompt assistance. An absolute necessity for serious multi-channel sellers.

Sometimes the app can be a bit confusing when things don’t work as expected, but the support team was very responsive and helped me resolve the issue quickly—which is what matters most. Overall, I believe this is the best Etsy integration app available on Shopify, and I would definitely recommend it.

This is my Third Etsy Integration app. Now i am pretty sure that i will stay. the support is outstanding. they even set an individual tag length for my shop. There are some small points the need to implement, but they promised to me: They are on the road map.

resolved the issue quicker than I expected, had an issue with syncing products but all is sorted in less than 10 mins. Great service and quick response!

Great app - I did have one issue with products not syncing which I couldn't work out myself. Ronex was kind to help me with my issue, he was pro-active and efficient and gave me an instant solution - thank you!
