Highly recommend these guys. We have run the app in four websites, absolutely trouble free, for a number of years. It just works - in the time honored 'Steve Jobs tradition' of 'just working'. works great! I wish it could appear on the top instead of the bottom b/c it conflicts with Olark button placement, but other than that it's perfect.
