Fantastic app! I really can't speak highly enough of the superb support experience! Lance, in particular, is especially worthy of an extra special mention in dispatches. 5/5...and some! Highly recommend these guys. We have run the app in four websites, absolutely trouble free, for a number of years. It just works - in the time honored 'Steve Jobs tradition' of 'just working'. Install it - you'll not regret it!

A bit hard to understand the install-steps-bar but working as designed and designed according the (basic but sufficient) need. Easy to use & customize!

works great! I wish it could appear on the top instead of the bottom b/c it conflicts with Olark button placement, but other than that it's perfect.

love it - very easy to use! I was feeling a little frazzled with time and this app made it very very easy to make changes on my site.
