I had some trouble installing the app but Jon directed me to the problem, which was to do with enabling the app at my end in customisation of theme. All was then OK. The customer support on the chat line was good, but the installation instructions when installing the app could have been clearer.

First of all, it is a free app. It is great, I have no complaints. I've tested the EU GDPR cookie bar with VPN. It works perfectly The service officer EJ helped me within several minutes. I would recommend this app.

I adore this app. It's like super easy to use and I'm fascinated that it's completely free. I had I minor issue that the banner didn't show on a preview and on the website itself.
