Glad it's working well for you! Our pricing is volume-based, so solopreneurs and smaller stores typically stay on smaller, lower-cost plans - we'd love to make sure you're on the right one. We've emailed you directly; please reply or reach us at [email protected].

Thank you for your review! Sorry for making you to structure your file in a strict way, but we find it more safe to explicitly tell what's wrong rather than guessing because guessing can cause misunderstandings on the app side. Theoretically we could offer you to "map" your structure to our fields - but then again, template is not just about columns, but row combinations with different logic, so matching the template precisely is a way how you explicitly tell what result to achieve. Please, write to our Support with your specific suggestions how to improve your experience or the file structure, we are very interested to hear from you - refer to this review when writing.
