Very hard to use. The AI instructions are confusing. How do you get any human support. So far not impressed!!

to go airtable to Shopify you cant use your own airtable, you will have to morp and rename all of your data to be the Shopify upload file anyways which can be done with airsync or airpower who makes you use their base. we tried to use the aritable URL but matrixify doesnt work with the airtable URL . candidly not workt the headache. it isn't there and the AI gives terrible answers
Hello, Direct Airtable URL imports are not a feature Matrixify offers, and is not in any way advertised. That said, it would be great if you could send our team an example of your Airtable use case and URL so we can look into it for future development of the app. Even when importing from a URL, the data returned still needs to be in the Matrixify template, with our column headers and data structure which was also covered in our AI assistant responses. You must have a great understanding of excel to use this app. It makes it seem like you can do all of this easily. The person on the video is going so fast it's impossible to keep up.. You CAN NOT merge individual products into one matrix
It would be a great tool to use to support large data for my store. But unfortunately, they do not sign ADA's being supplied by major Suppliers. As a drop shipper who are partnered with major Suppliers who are required ADA agreements to protect themselves and their brands from outside exposure is essential to avoid competitors, and exposure to data. This is not the right platform for you.
Incredibly hard to use. I've been trying to get a large metaobject sheet imported for DAYS now! Nothing but issues and errors. Only have AI support. Took almost 2 daays for a human ro get back to me, and they didn't even answer my question. This app is very expensive to not have any real support
Can not recommend this app. Tried to import products and variant products with a supplier file. Contacted several times support. There is only support via e-mail or through a chatbot called Maibo that doesn't help. Buy licence for nothing.
It would be nice to know that Matrixify does not download or convert customers' or order files to Shopify before pre-paying the subscription. The support channel is also not helpful. They only direct you to pages instructing product migrations; the rest you figured out!
Hello! This review is about the BigCommerce migration functionality. We currently can migrate only Products from BigCommerce. The Customers and Orders migration is planned in the future, but not ready yet. Very sorry about this. We have fully refunded all your payments, and also raised the priority for additional BigCommerce data to migrate.
