This app is a failure. I guess the positive reviews come from people who have 2 collections and 5 products, or left a review before actually using it. The app makes thousands of errors. It never transfers everything, loses photos, collections, makes mistakes, and displays nonsensical messages that have nothing to do with the actual problem. It's a disaster. They should refund everyone. Moreover, when you contact support, it feels like you're talking to an NPC who doesn't understand what you're writing and whose replies are off-topic.
Hello! From the very first e-mail to our Support, this Merchant showed disrespect and anger towards our human Support agent. She has experience of 4+ years in Matrixify Support, and tried her best to help this Merchant to resolve their issues. The issues were assumed functionality which at the moment don’t exist in Matrixify app: importing CSV file that was exported with custom column delimiters; and importing Metafield Definitions. For both of those missing features we have added + points to increase their priority. The ticket was taken over by our COO, but the Merchant still did not want to follow the instructions how the app should be used, and kept harassing our team. We have refunded this Merchant, but that did not stop them to insult us further, and not coming to mutual understanding. Additionally, the Merchant asked us to send them the money to PayPal in exchange for deleting their review. Such behaviour in unacceptable in overall friendly Shopify ecosystem. We will escalate this to the Shopify Legal because this Merchant has violated Shopify Acceptable Use policy in several points. Maris Matrixify CEO & Founding Engineer

I didn't install this but have been charged for it Not a happy customer
Hello! There is no way for us to charge you if you have not installed tha app, and approved the app charge specifically. It all can be done via Shopify Admin only by your Admin users with specific permissions. Please, reach out to our Support. We should be able to tell you which employee and when installed the app and approved the charge. This review comes with 24h delay - just got it now. We will be able to resolve this for you as soon as we can communicate via our Support. UPDATE 2024-09-16: We are trying to reach you to resolve this - over the e-mail, phone, contact form - and there is no response. It is obviously some misunderstanding. This app is exceptional. It has saved days and days of manual product updates. The app is slick, intuitive and the documentation is very concise. We originally purchased the app to migrate our Woocommerce store to Shopify that had nearly 10,000 products - all with multiple images. This app made it a breeze. We thought that would be it but then we found it invaluable in ongoing maintenance of our product catalog and adding new products in bulk. It is now an essential part of our Shopify toolkit. 10 out of 10

Works well, unfortunately it doesn't export line (custom) properties from shopify bundles. This makes it useless for my purposes.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback for our app. In Shopify, Orders Line Items are actual Products that will be sent out to the Customer not a Bundle Product. This is why Shopify API returns individual Products as Line Items which our app exports in your Orders export file. Our Support team has reached out to you directly to better understand exact attributes which are missing from the exported file. Please reply to the started ticket or reach out to our Support team and we will look further into the missing data and if it can be included in the exported file. Matrixify Team

The app works really well and I appreciate that the customer support team is very responsive. I've spoken to both Renars and Rebecca and both have always gone above and beyond with additional support whenever needed! Its also really cool that they have a Slack channel to further assist with communication. Using Matrixify has no doubt saved me hours!

Arguably the single most useful Shopify app there is. Indispensable. This fills the gaps on so many things that you need to be able to do as far as bulk editing in Shopify. Documentation is fantastic and I don't think I've ever seen a single bug.

Life saving app, allows us to import large amounts of stock relatively painlessly once spreadsheet configs are set up and working. Metafields management is a big thing for us which Shopify's native import really cannot handle. We also use it every day to run picksheets too. Its really good, and most importantly support is really top notch.
