Honestly... I don't know what we would do without Matrixify. We manage multiple stores with thousands of SKUs and a product structure that relies heavily on Metafields/objects to define bundling/relationships and product data. It would be near impossible to manage without this app. It can do things that's simply not possible through standard exports/imports in Shopify. And it saves so much time and repetitive work. We can just build what we want in a spreadsheet and chuck it into Matrixify to execute really complex operations. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Keep being awesome.

I run multiple Shopify sites and Matrixify is the #1 Shopify app used across all departments in our business. It allows us to export, analyse, and bulk edit data from products and orders, to blogs and content management. We've used it to migrate entire sites from other platforms to Shopify, and to share data between different Shopify sites, and have never had a single issue.

not only do they have a great product, but I find that their AI chat bot the most useful bot I have ever used.

Hello! Very sorry, during the latest week there are several Shopify stores for which the Shopify API requests of Products fail with the error code "UNAVAILABLE", saying that a certain products page is not available to read. We have raised this issue with Shopify, and they have confirmed that they are investigating the issue. Sadly, we cannot fix this from our end, and all we can do at the moment is wait for Shopify's solution. As soon as we get an update from Shopify, we will let you know... ================ UPDATE 2025-08-22: ================ Shopify has resolved the API issue and the Merchant has confirmed that their export has completed normally now. Also Shopify informed us that they will monitor any further such incidents and will work on fixing the root causes of such errors. Also, we will do our best to continue monitoring those issues from our end, and will inform Shopify as soon as we notice such. Sorry once again for the trouble caused, and very thankful for your responsiveness and collaboration on resolving this issue for you.
