Exporting and importing Shopify products was always very stressful because every little accidental change could mess up all products, but Matrifixy has given me back the confidence to export and import larger files. Some of the (many) features I really love that come with Matrixify are that you are able to choose real specific product/variant/collection/page -or whatever you want- attributes, sort/customize the columns in the order you want them to be, schedule exports (good for automation,) generate specific data to the specific formats they need and save the export-settings so you can easily export files with the same settings.

Matrixfy is how we are able to quickly update inventory levels from different locations and do mass price updates. I don't know how we'd do this otherwise.

I have added some custom metafields and would it be export as well in excel sheet? What configurations i have to do and from where ? Can anyone help me out
Hello! Yes - that is possible - just select the “Metafields” column group in the Export. Also, inside that group you have a chance to include also the Metafields for which you have definitions that don’t have any values yet. The Matrixify Support was trying to reach you to resolve this question. This app has literally saved me weeks of time! We migrated a large site (10k customers, 9k SKUs) off Zen-Cart to Shopify. We'd have spent thousands for a programmer to do the work, but we did it all using this app. If you need to migrate a large site, or bulk edit thousands of products, look no further. Easy to use. You get a download of the import results with reasons why a product may have failed to import.
Yes, that's totally one of the things we wanted to give precisely - so that you can see overview of fails while the import is running, and download the results file where for each product you can clearly understand - what went wrong, and have a hint how to fix that. Sometimes we give there a technical reason that comes directly from Shopify, but still - hopefully it's helpful. Really happy that this specific feature resonates with you. This app was perfect for our move from BigCommerce to Shopify. We were able to move our products and customers easily and efficiently. We were also able to make changes without having to do a lot of data manipulation. Customer service is very quick to respond and help with whatever we needed. Excellent resource.

It would be nice to know that Matrixify does not download or convert customers' or order files to Shopify before pre-paying the subscription. The support channel is also not helpful. They only direct you to pages instructing product migrations; the rest you figured out!
Hello! This review is about the BigCommerce migration functionality. We currently can migrate only Products from BigCommerce. The Customers and Orders migration is planned in the future, but not ready yet. Very sorry about this. We have fully refunded all your payments, and also raised the priority for additional BigCommerce data to migrate.
