Matrixify

This application works very good! We used it to transfer lots of data from our old platform to Shopify.

Update: I got this app to import my Wordpress blog posts into Shopify. I tried three other apps that all do the same thing, and this one imported past posts the best: the articles rendered well and included all photos. However for my purposes, unlike the other apps, it assumes that you'll be dissolving your Wordpress blog after importing and cannot sync updates or import articles automatically going forward, and so does not include canonical links. If I want to keep the Wordpress blog active, I have to add this to my task list to re-import whenever I update or write new posts.

Seems a little overwhelming at first due to the amount of data a store has, but definitely understandable. By far, one of the best investments we ever made. It took forever updating basic things on shopify, and we were able to edit very important things in seconds! We're still learning the app, but we are definitely keeping this app. Great job!

Update: apparently the below issue is shopify's fault. Matrixify's support is fast and top tier. Everything imported correctly except for sales. Foreign currencies were imported as USD instead, which inflated sales by alot.

Highly recommend this app. First off, it works/does what it is supposed to. SECOND AND VERY IMPORTANTLY- their support is amazing. Leva helped me through many hurdles and very easily and highly accessible through slack. 100% would not have been able to get the job done without Leva. I will be subscribing to the paid version of the app because of such great support. highly recommend this app if you need bulk updates!

I have switched from Woo to Shopify and Ieva from the support has been really helpful with all my questions ! I trully recommend this app.

Used this to migrate an old blog to the shopify environment. It worked very well and the support from Renars was amazing. highly recommend.

This app really helps to solve gaps in Shopify, like bulk refunds. At first, I found the process a bit hard to navigate. However, 5 big stars for their support team. They offer email AND a slack channel to guide you personally. Leva was outstanding at quick, real-time support for me. She walked me step by step to success. I'm extremely grateful for her help and this interface.

This app is amazingly powerful! Although it is a bit overwhelming at first because it can do so much, their support responds almost immediately and was very patient and helpful with all of my questions! I would definitely recommend this product (although I think shopify should buy them and make it part of the default feature set!)

Probablement mon application préférée de shopify. Export/import des fichiers directement en xlsx, accès à toutes les données de la boutique via import/export (produits, clients, métadonnées, collections, commandes, réductions, redirections, fichiers, pages...), l'application marche du tonnerre, et a été développé de façon excellente (fait rare sur shopify je trouve). J'aime, je recommande, je valide. J'ai pas de problème à payer $50 pour la version supérieure étant donné les heures et les heures qu'elle me fait gagner (j'ai 7000 produits).

Initially there were a few hiccups that occurred between my developer and Shopify rules that caused some confusion regarding product uploads and how many can be processed daily. But this is not a Matrixfy issue. RENARS is FANTASTIC and VERY OPENING TO RECEIVING COMMENTS and SUGGESTIONS. He and his team are very responsive, accommodating, and very patient with a non-technical guy like myself. It is a good product (App) that is staffed and operated by great people.

This app is a lifesaver and works flawlessly. You can also get instant support on slack from one of their wizards. Yes, wizards.

The support of this app is awesome, helped me through a big problem and explained and helped me with the import, saving my website. Thanks alot Matrixify! Everyone should use this app when they need to import something, much better than shopifys own import system!

I have to say Renars and Matrixify have been absolutely amazing. We are importing millions of rows of data from Woocommerce and this has certainly had its headaches. Renars and the team have been so responsive and brilliant in working with us to resolve our data import issues. Cannot recommend highly enough -- 10 stars **********

I love how this app tighly integrates with Shopify. It doesn't launch a whole new set of windows, like some kind of external program. It flows seamlessly with the Shopify interface. Because of Shopify's disconnect with Amazon, I have a mess on my hands with duplicate orders, so Matrixify comes to the rescue. I just use this app to dump all my orders, and then I can weed out the dups in Excel. Same thing when needing to adjust prices on Shopify....Much nicer to do it in Excel, and let Matrixify suck it all back in and perform the updates. Works like it should, runs fast, and support has been great.

Not only does this app works like a godsend, it is well documented, very reasonably priced and customer support is excellent. Congratulations to Renars and the team. Really top stuff.

This app is the best thing that happened to Shopify. No kidding. I have never worked with an app that is so flawless. They have built a robust, user-friendly, app with amazing error handling. They have taken care of potential user errors also. I run an agency and have worked with a lot of stores/apps but have never found something that truly does everything it says and so beautifully. First of all the functionality is powerful and it lets you do things so efficiently that you will be wowed. Then the documentation and tutorials are so informative that I have never had to contact support so far. We have done magic with Matrixify and I can't thank them enough for building such a wonderful app. If you have complex data manipulation in your store -- go for this APP today. I recommend it highly.

This app is, without a doubt, one of the most important tools to running our site. Makes site management easy and provides excellent documentation and additional customer service to make learning and using a breeze.

All I can say is WOW! Matrixify has been a breeze to use, and that means a lot coming from someone that is not technically savvy. I used their service to migrate order and customer data over from our previous web host to Shopify. I found their customer service and response time to be insanely fast and knowledgeable, often receiving a response within 5 minutes with the appropriate answer to resolve the issue! Great product for data migration, highly recommended!
