Extremely helpful app! Makes doing online exchanges super quick and easy, especially if you have multiple locations. I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled on this one because it dramatically improved our business process. Here's our experience for anyone in the same situation... We have found that the standard point of sale exchange process for Shopify works great and is easy to use. For online orders, however, Shopify seems as if they don't even have a standard process. It's sort of a clumsy 3 step process that is not easy at all to use. To make matters worse, 99% of our exchanges are for online orders, not POS orders. So Shopify has a great exchange process for POS but we never need it for POS. We need it a lot for online orders and go figure, they don't have a great process for online exchanges. This is how we were introduced to this app and we've been extremely happy. We now do 100% of our online exchanges through the ExchangeIt app. I use other apps as well and will say ExchangeIt has the best customer service by far. I highly recommend this app if you are struggling with online exchanges or simply want a best in class exchange tool for your business.

We have been using this for several years and it really is one of the best value apps on Shopify. It provides clear and straightforward functionality for processing exchanges, refunds and (recently) providing store credit. It punches above its weight against much more expensive apps. Definitely give it a trial.

Hi Team, I would say the customer service is the best. I had an issue with the invoicing being sent from a different email and the exchange it team rectified the problem and worked on adding a way where I can choose which email to sent from. I am happy and would highly recommend them.

Does a great job at simplifying exchanges - straightforward and quick. The developers provide great support too - quick & responsive - they've gone out of their way to help me set up Exchange It for our store - we have a custom checkout and shipping so needed their help.

Simple app that is affordable comapred to others. Would like to see more new features and would happily pay a little more to make it a one stop shop returns portal. Service and helpdesk is responsive and helpful/ We have been using this app for 5-6 years now.

This app is excellent with an outstanding support team who go above and beyond investigating all avenues to try and meet the customer's needs. I wish all support were like this. Solving stock balancing issues with multiple shops and accounts integrations has posed a tricky obstacle to overcome but that is more down to limitations with the accounts package than this app. Thanks

I sell women's suits and sizing can be tricky. We offer free exchanges and this makes it super easy. My only feedback is that it should be also be able to send the person a return label. I have to go into the admin send them the return label then open this and process the exchange. To be able to do it all at the same time would be ideal. I do love the app. Makes everything so seamless.

Exchange it does exactly what it says on the tin! It's really simple to install on the shopify store, and really easy to use. We use it for other functions such as resends etc, so dramatically reduced our customer service admin time, and improves the customer experience. Alex and the team quickly respond to any issues and resolve where possible. Would recommend!

A great app that allows us to do the promotions we want without the limitations imposed by shopify discounts.
