ExchangeIt Returns & Exchange

I like how easy it is to use and install the app. It's even better now that returns are available. My only suggestion is to combine the refunds and the charges in the apps. Also, my question was answered quickly and clearly by Alex. I'd recommend this app!

I find this app really good at retaining revenue for my website. When customer wants to change the size I can reserve it for them whilst they post back the original item. It has meant that rather than processing a refund and then hoping they will rebuy their correct size, I can actually secure the sale and offer great customer service. I find the app really easy to use and it intergrates with the shopify inventory, and its quick to use as its built into part of the orders section on the main dashboard. So when an exchange request comes in I can manage it directly into the customers order and then its shown in my open orders list. I recently needed some help and having used many other shopify apps opening a ticket I actually was able to have a video call with Alex to have it fixed in less than 1 hour of the issue arising which was definitely one of the best customer service/support I have had from any app on Shopify. Can not fault this app its an integral part of my shopify store.

Exchange It has helped simplify the exchange process for our store and make it so much easier for us as well as more professional to deal with the exchanges for our customers. The new development of being able to do refunds and send invoices where the exchange is not a like for like product has been a great addition to the app. We have only once had a question and it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Would recommend this app to anyone, in particular if you are running a store where exchanges are common.

Simple app, straightforward and easy to use. I like it because I'm able to keep reships or size exchanges all in my Shopify system instead of using an outside shipping program. Highly recommend if you often need to reship items within an order and want to stay organized.

Great app. Returnly wanted us to upgrade for hundreds of dollars more a month for this feature. Now we only have to pay $9.99/mo. Highly recommended.

Works perfectly just click on an existing order then choose Exchange It from the drop down and create a new order for that customer at $0 without having to apply any discount. Order can then be fulfilled as you normally would.

Highly useful app that we use daily. The only thing I wish is that items were searchable by SKU not item name.

I have been using this app for a while and it's great, the only thing I wish it had was a better way to distinguish products with the same name, in my case adding a "Vender" dropdown to show additional product detail would solve this problem. Other than that awesome app!
