We've started using this App in April 2024 and are very pleased with it. It's intuitive to use and anything you don't know you can look up or ask. I keep learning about more features! The support from Mark and his team is great. The time zone differences (we're in the UK) can add complexity to the offering of support, but they manage it very well.

Simply amazing. I regret not having given it a try before now. Pricing is very reasonable for the functionality you get with this app. Support is second to none. The design is elegant and information is clearly presented which enhances customer shopping experience. The app is also well organised and easy to use. Another thing that really stands out with this app is their ability to communicate instructions/explanations clearly and thoroughly through their support documentation and tutorials, unlike many other apps which often contain ambiguous and poorly defined app-specific terms and half-explained instructions.

Very happy with the IT customer service, Mark was attentive and efficient in resolving my mistake. Got it taken care of over the weekend so one less thing to worry about on Monday morning.

I have been using experiences for my cooking classes and small group events for over a year now and am very happy with the results. The events are easy to load and work well within the Shopify platform. I am overwhelmed by the amazing customer service received when I have had issues in the past. All issues have been resolved with a higher than expected outcome. I would highly recommend experiences.

I have been using Experiences for 3 seasons; getting pretty good at creating an Event and getting it on the system quickly. We changed Templates this past winter and when I released our list of Events our customers could not complete the check-out process. YIKES. The Experience folks helped me out -- on a Saturday morning -- and looked at things. They determined it was not Experiences but our new Template. Now I knew where to resolve the issue. So very thankful for their assist (even if outside of their scope of responsibility). Problem solved, bookings came in immediately!

Experiences has provided a solution for multi-day event tickets for our nonprofit. Mark has been extremely responsive with my questions and requests. There was a display issue with our page not resizing to smaller screens, and they took the time to understand the issue, fix it, and follow up to make sure it worked. We plan to use this for more events in the future, especially as they develop it with more features. I'm excited to see how the platform grows in the future! Thank you Experiences :)

I have been using the experiences app on my website for about 2 years now, and I cannot Rave highly enough about the amazing customer support. Whenever I have a question or issue, the team responds pretty much immediately with actual real humans, not bots, and they work extremely hard to resolve whatever the issue is. Most recently I had an issue with shopify, and Shopify wrongly claimed that the issue had to do with the experiences out. So I reached out to the experiences team, and they took a lot of time to research the issue and find out that it was in fact a Shopify problem, but they still told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the issue. I would never have expected them to keep looking for Solutions once they figured out that it was not in fact their app, but they did. Special kudos to mark. This degree of customer service is very hard to come by, and worth its weight in gold!

We were so excited to have our event booking page integrated into our website but were having difficulties getting it set up appropriately. We used the chat feature to contact Experiences and they were so quick to get it fixed for us. It looks beautiful, works well, and is super convenient for our customers.

Not only is the app awesome to use for events, but the Experiences team is really responsive and great to work with. Any issues we had were investigated quickly and a solution was always found.

This app was very disappointing and I would not recommend it to another store. Firstly the events massively oversold. The tickets sold extremely fast and it quickly became apparent that more than the ticket limit had been sold. When we realised, one of the events had oversold by 40% with another also overselling. We took them off sale immediately or this number could have been way worse. This has left us in an extremely difficult situation with our restaurant team having to cater for a massively increased event at such an extremely busy time which is not good. Also once the event information came through we could see there were some serious issues with the details that had been entered by the customers. Overall we feel the app has caused just a huge amount of issues.
