I work for AdvertiseMint.com and spend my entire day working with Facebook and Messenger Ads. This app was incredibly easy to use when setting up a brand new Shopify store. Messenger can be tricking and generally requires a decent amount of coding to get it working, this plugin will get you running the most critical parts (communication and intro to bots) which gives you valuable data that you can use for customer service and for your advertising through segmented custom audiences. All good at the moment, but there is a small problem with the location, the problem is that it appears in front of the cookie bar and covers the letters, I can not put the cookie bar at the top of the screen either, this happens when I visualize it in the mobile

I used this app and help me to improve the experience to my customers. I will be nice to set more options like when and where I want the chat box appearing. Sometimes is too much intense and that disturb the customer in my opinion. I highly recommend this app though

It's really good, could see it coming to use.. but it's just a basic messenger app with some extra features. It does have it's own bugs too. One of them being really annoying for mobile customers, the message that automatically pops up despite being disabled still pops up on mobile sites, it covers a good percentage of the viewing area and therefore could become increasingly annoying to any customer. What's worse is that the X on the chat box doesn't even close the bubble, you have to actually tap the button. Could see it pushing away customers so I'll be disabling this for now, it might just be a bug with the "Venture" theme not playing well with it.

every time customer comes on my website he had to login to facebook account to chat with me. not woth it.

Easy to use and do what it is supposed to do well. The free version is enough to get started for new seller, many apps ask for your money even with no customer yet !

It's really convenient to use, and it's still free to try. I think it's very good to recommend everyone to use.
