Best app all around the market. Better than the default one for sure. Things that this app does better than others: 1. DOES NOT REDIRECT YOU TO A NEW WINDOW FOR THE CHAT. Like seriously, it's 2019 - the competitors are livin' in 2009. 2. FREE. I mean, man, with the user-friendliness, optimization, and the options available... FREE! 3. Option to pop-out a welcome message on first visit and let people know you are available for live chat is a great way to add trust and increase direct sales (some people simply need a simple yes/no to make decision!) Cons: The only MINOR TINY thing is that welcome message ON MOBILE is a bit too large/obstructive and the close ('x') button is a bit tiny. But this is a minor thing, i think the tiny inconvenience is still worth the message. I use this app on all of my stores.

Very simple and easy to install and work with. Before this app a have installed several that had far more reviews and downloads, but they had different issues or logos that appear in your chatbox. So finally I installed this app and everything came in place. Perfect!

Easy to install, and config. I had some trouble to make it work but it was because I was using the wrong url. Support helped me right away. Keep it like that :D

I use this app for easier access for my customers to contact the us directly and talk to a real person in helping them purchase our products. It's a great app since it also has a BOT which also helps in simple questions such as size, shipping, payment details etc. and it directly links to the page for answers. Their customer service is great as well. It's easy to reach out and they help you instantly!
